\u0219i durere.<\/p>\n<p>Un plan de recuperare medical\u0103 bine f\u0103cut \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai pu\u021bine complica\u021bii, mai pu\u021bin\u0103 durere, mai mult\u0103 mobilitate \u0219i o reintegrare mai rapid\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acest articol vei g\u0103si, pe \u00een\u021belesul tuturor, ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 recuperarea medical\u0103, c\u00e2nd class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pe scurt, <strong>recuperarea medical\u0103<\/strong> este un set de interven\u021bii medicale \u0219i terapeutice care urm\u0103resc s\u0103 refac\u0103 (pe c\u00e2t posibil) func\u021biile corpului:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mobilitate, for\u021b\u0103, coordonare, echilibru, respira\u021bie, rezisten\u021b\u0103, independen\u021b\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u021bile zilnice \u0219i controlul durerii. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recuperarea se adapteaz\u0103 tipului de problem\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ortopedic\u0103 (articula\u021bii, oase, mu\u0219chi),<\/li>\n<li>neurologic\u0103 (accident vascular, neuropatii),<\/li>\n<li>cardiac\u0103\/pulmonar\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>post-operatorie,<\/li>\n<li>post-traumatic\u0103 sau dup\u0103 perioade lungi de imobilizare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_ce_e_importanta_recuperarea_medicala\"><\/span><strong>De ce e important\u0103 recuperarea medical\u0103?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 vindecarea nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar \u201cs\u0103 treac\u0103 timpul\u201d. \u021aesuturile se repar\u0103, dar f\u0103r\u0103 stimulii potrivi\u021bi (mi\u0219care ghidat\u0103, antrenament progresiv, mobilizare, educa\u021bie postural\u0103), pot ap\u0103rea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rigiditate, sc\u0103dere de mas\u0103 muscular\u0103, limit\u0103ri de mi\u0219care, durere persistent\u0103, recidive, compens\u0103ri care duc la alte probleme (<em>de exemplu, durere de \u0219old sau lombar\u0103 dup\u0103 o problem\u0103 de genunchi<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un <strong>plan de recuperare medical\u0103<\/strong> bine construit ajut\u0103 la:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reducerea durerii<\/strong> \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea toleran\u021bei la efort;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restabilirea mobilit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong> \u0219i a amplitudinii articulare;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Refacerea for\u021bei musculare<\/strong> \u0219i a stabilit\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea circula\u021biei<\/strong> \u0219i reducerea edemului (umfl\u0103turii);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Re\u00eenv\u0103\u021barea mi\u0219c\u0103rilor corecte<\/strong> (postur\u0103, mers, ridicare, aplecare);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prevenirea complica\u021biilor<\/strong> dup\u0103 opera\u021bii sau imobilizare;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revenirea la activit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong> (munc\u0103, sport, \u00eengrijirea familiei) \u00een
