Oasele noastre sunt \u021besuturi vii, care se remodeleaz\u0103 continuu printr-un echilibru \u00eentre <strong>osteoblaste<\/strong> (celulele care construiesc osul) \u0219i <strong>osteoclaste<\/strong> (celulele care \u00eel distrug &#8211; resorb). Atunci c\u00e2nd acest echilibru se rupe \u2013 din cauza deficitului hormonal, a inflama\u021biei cronice, a alimenta\u021biei dezechilibrate sau a lipsei de mi\u0219care \u2013 osul \u00eencepe s\u0103 devin\u0103 mai poros \u0219i mai fragil.<\/section>\n<section>\u00a0<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><strong>Rezultatul:<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #333333;\">fracturi la traumatisme minore, pierderea mobilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i sc\u0103derea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii.<\/span><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Cifrele sunt \u00eengrijor\u0103toare: dup\u0103 menopauz\u0103, <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">1 din 3 femei<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> va suferi o fractur\u0103 osteoporotic\u0103 de-a lungul vie\u021bii. La nivel global, se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 la fiecare <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">3 secunde<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> are loc o fractur\u0103 osteoporotic\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Mai grav, <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333;\">fracturile de \u0219old sunt asociate cu un risc crescut de invaliditate \u0219i chiar de mortalitate<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> \u00een primii ani dup\u0103 incident.
