Atunci c\u00e2nd acest lucru nu se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 sau nivelurile sunt prea sc\u0103zute, apar o serie de simptome care afecteaz\u0103 at\u00e2t echilibrul hormonal, c\u00e2t \u0219i starea emo\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_rol_are_progesteronul_in_faza_luteala\"><\/span><strong>Ce rol are progesteronul \u00een faza luteal\u0103?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Progesteronul este produs de corpul galben, o structur\u0103 format\u0103 \u00een ovar dup\u0103 ovula\u021bie. Acest hormon preg\u0103te\u0219te uterul pentru o posibil\u0103 sarcin\u0103, men\u021bine temperatura corporal\u0103 crescut\u0103 \u0219i echilibreaz\u0103 efectele <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/bisfenolul-a-bpa-ftalatii-parabenii-si-triclosanul-xenoestrogeni-si-substantele-nocive-care-afecteaza-sistemul-endocrin-si-metabolismul-hormonal-dar-pe-care-avem-tendinta-sa-le-ignoram\"><strong>estrogenului<\/strong> <\/a>asupra organismului. Stresul cronic \u0219i cortizolul ridicat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>C\u00e2nd corpul este supus stresului constant, glandele suprarenale produc cantit\u0103\u021bi mari de <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cortizolul-sau-cine-te-trezeste-dimineata-legitatea-262\"><strong>cortizol<\/strong><\/a>. Acest hormon <strong>&#8222;fur\u0103&#8221; precursorii<\/strong> necesari producerii progesteronului, determin\u00e2nd astfel o sc\u0103dere a nivelului s\u0103u. Stresul cronic afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i ovula\u021bia, ceea ce reduce \u00een mod direct secre\u021bia de progesteron.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Ovarele_polichistice_SOP\"><\/span><strong>2. Ovarele polichistice (SOP)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sindromul ovarelor polichistice (SOP) este asociat cu anovula\u021bia (lipsa ovula\u021biei) sau ovula\u021bia neregulat\u0103 este o alt\u0103 cauz\u0103. F\u0103r\u0103 ovula\u021bie, nu se formeaz\u0103 corpul galben \u0219i, implicit, nu se secret\u0103 progesteron suficient.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Deficiente_nutritionale\"><\/span><strong>3. Deficien\u021be nutri\u021bionale<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Corpul are nevoie de gr\u0103simi s\u0103n\u0103toase, vitamine \u0219i minerale pentru a produce progesteron. Excesul de estrogen, fie din surse externe (alimente procesate, cosmetice cu parabeni, ap\u0103 contaminat\u0103 cu hormoni), fie din metabolismul deficitar al acestuia, suprim\u0103 progesteronul \u0219i afecteaz\u0103 faza luteal\u0103.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Probleme_Tiroidiene\"><\/span><strong>5. Probleme Tiroidiene<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hipotiroidismul afecteaz\u0103 func\u021bionarea normal\u0103 a ovarelor \u0219i reduce conversia colesterolului \u00een hormoni sexuali. De multe ori, femeile cu hipotiroidism au \u0219i progesteron sc\u0103zut.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Exercitiile_fizice_extreme_sau_dietele_restrictive\"><\/span><strong>6.
