num\u0103rului de persoane care manifest\u0103 simptome neclare \u0219i variate ce pot fi legate de un <strong>exces de histamin\u0103 \u00een corp<\/strong>. De la reac\u021bii alergice, la rozacee sau la diverse probleme digestive, toate pot avea leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu toleran\u021ba la histamin\u0103.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ni s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat fiec\u0103ruia dintre noi, ca la un anumit moment dat al vie\u0163ii noastre s\u0103 observ\u0103m c\u0103 pe piele ne-a ap\u0103rut o erup\u0163ie urticarian\u0103, \u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 de prurit (m\u00e2nc\u0103rime). O numim generic: <strong>alergie<\/strong> \u00eens\u0103 de fapt este un exces de histamin\u0103 care se manifest\u0103 ca o alergie.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Adesea poate am asociat-o unui consum de mezeluri sau preparate din carne, al\u0163ii poate o fac urticarie dup\u0103 o expunere a extremit\u0103\u0163ilor la temperaturi sc\u0103zute, sau dup\u0103 inhalarea de produse petroliere, praf, polen, peri\u015fori ai frunzelor de porumb, spray-uri, p\u0103r de pisic\u0103, c\u00e2ine&#8230;.\u015fi enumerarea ar putea continua cu&#8230; mai mult de 4.000 de substan\u0163e, care p\u00e2n\u0103-n prezent se cunosc a fi generatoare de alergii, adic\u0103 generatoare d ehistamin\u0103.<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_Histamina\"><\/span><strong>Ce este Histamina<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Histamina este un compus natural produs de organismul nostru \u0219i prezent \u00een numeroase alimente, av\u00e2nd roluri importante \u00een func\u021bii imunitare, digestive \u0219i neurologice. Cu toate acestea, atunci <strong>c\u00e2nd nivelul de histamin\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te<\/strong> capacitatea organismului de a o metaboliza, poate ap\u0103rea ceea ce se nume\u0219te <strong>intoleran\u021b\u0103 la histamin\u0103.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u0218i atunci apar aceste reac\u021bii, de tip alergic sau de intoleran\u021b\u0103.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Chimic, Histamina este o substan\u0163\u0103 ciclic\u0103, cu o caten\u0103 lateral\u0103, derivat de imidazol, av\u00e2nd o molecul\u0103 mic\u0103. Ea rezult\u0103 din decarboxilarea Histidinei (HYS), care este un aminoacid. Este capabil\u0103 s\u0103 produc\u0103 \u00een cantit\u0103\u0163i extrem de mici, efecte fiziologice sau patologice deosebit de puternice. \u00cen corpul nostru se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi importante la nivelul pielii, pl\u0103m\u00e2nilor, stomacului, \u00een s\u00e2nge, dar \u0219i-n ficat. Molecula de Histamin\u0103 este extrem de stabil\u0103 la fierbere, coacere, pr\u0103jire, frigere, congelare, toate aceste procedee termice nereu\u015find s\u0103 o distrug\u0103 sau s\u0103 reduc\u0103 nivelul s\u0103u cantitativ din alimentele \u00een care ea exist\u0103 sau \u00een s-a format.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_actioneaza_Histamina\"><\/span><strong>Cum ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 Histamina<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen mod normal, Histamina ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 pe 3 tipuri de receptori :<br \/>\n&#8211; H1, care sunt r\u0103spunz\u0103tori de: <strong>bronhoconstric\u0163ie, vasodilata\u0163ie, cre\u015fterea permeabilit\u0103\u0163ii capilare, prurit<\/strong> (m\u00e2nc\u0103rime a pielii)<br \/>\n&#8211; H2 ce determin\u0103 o <strong>secre\u0163ie acid\u0103 gastric\u0103, reduc frecven\u0163a cardiac\u0103, contract\u0103 esofagul<\/strong>, inhib\u0103 eliminarea de Histamin\u0103 din bazofile \u015fi concomitent inhib\u0103 neuro-transmisia sinaptic\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; H3 &#8211; la nivel cerebral -, cu rol \u00een <strong>men\u0163inerea echilibrului, a permeabilit\u0103\u0163ii vasculare<\/strong> de la acest nivel \u015fi a dinamicii vasculare.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_DAO\"><\/span><strong>Ce este DAO?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Unul dintre factorii cheie \u00een gestionarea nivelului de histamin\u0103 este o enzim\u0103 numit\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/stomac-ficat-digestie-colon\/daohelp-diaminoxidaza-intoleranta-la-histamina-30-capsule-zenyth-pret-oferta_.html\"><strong>diaminoxidaz\u0103 (DAO)<\/strong><\/a>. Rolul acestei enzime este de a descompune histamina ingerat\u0103 prin alimenta\u021bie. Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 un deficit de DAO sau dac\u0103 enzima nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 corect, nivelul de histamin\u0103 poate cre\u0219te, declan\u0219\u00e2nd o serie de simptome inconfortabile.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rolul_Enzimei_DAO\"><\/span><strong>Rolul Enzimei DAO<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>Diaminooxidaza (DAO) este responsabil\u0103 pentru descompunerea histaminei din alimente \u00eenainte ca aceasta s\u0103 fie absorbit\u0103 \u00een organism. C\u00e2nd nivelurile de DAO sunt sc\u0103zute sau activitatea sa este inhibat\u0103, histamina se acumuleaz\u0103 \u00een corp, declan\u0219\u00e2nd simptome de intoleran\u021b\u0103.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Deficitul de DAO poate fi cauzat de <strong>factori genetici<\/strong>, <strong>afec\u021biuni intestinale<\/strong> (boala celiac\u0103, <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/dieta-fodmap-solutie-impotriva-colonului-iritabil-legitatea-498\"><strong>sindromul intestinului permeabil<\/strong><\/a>), utilizarea unor medicamente (antidepresive, antiinflamatoare) sau consumul unor alimente bogate \u00een histamin\u0103.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_intoleranta_la_Histamina\"><\/span><strong>Ce este intoleran\u021ba la Histamin\u0103?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Intoleran\u021ba la histamin\u0103 apare atunci c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 un dezechilibru \u00eentre cantitatea de histamin\u0103 produs\u0103 sau ingerat\u0103 \u0219i capacitatea corpului de a o descompune. Aceast\u0103 intoleran\u021b\u0103 se poate manifesta printr-o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de simptome care pot fi adesea confundate cu alte afec\u021biuni.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Histamina este metabolizat\u0103 de dou\u0103 enzime principale: <strong>diaminooxidaza (DAO)<\/strong>, care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een principal \u00een tractul intestinal, \u0219i <strong>histamina N-metiltransferaza (HNMT)<\/strong>, activ\u0103 la nivelul \u021besuturilor. Un deficit de DAO este cea mai frecvent\u0103 cauz\u0103 a intoleran\u021bei la histamin\u0103.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptome_intoleranta_la_Histamina\"><\/span><strong>Simptome intoleran\u021b\u0103 la Histamin\u0103<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>Printre cele mai comune simptome ale intoleran\u021bei la Histamin\u0103 se num\u0103r\u0103:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>dureri de cap sau migrene<\/li>\n<li>rozacee<\/li>\n<li>alergii cutanate (urticarie, erup\u021bii cutanate)<\/li>\n<li>congestie nazal\u0103 sau rinoree<\/li>\n<li>probleme digestive (balonare, diaree, crampe)<\/li>\n<li>oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103<\/li>\n<li>anxietate sau schimb\u0103ri de dispozi\u021bie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Efectele_patologice_ale_Histaminei\"><\/span><strong>Efectele patologice ale Histaminei:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd este o substan\u0163\u0103 pro-alergic\u0103 care duce la mai multe efecte negative. Unele sunt str\u00e2ns legate de alergii \u0219i se manifest\u0103 acut, altele se manifest\u0103 cronic.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>cre\u015fte produc\u0163ia de mucus nazal, lichid lacrimal \u015fi salivar<\/strong>. Astfel nasul se \u00eenfund\u0103, lacrimile vor \u00eencepe s\u0103 curg\u0103, ochii se \u00eenro\u015fesc \u015fi \u00eencepem s\u0103 ne frec\u0103m la nas \u015fi la ochi, pentru c\u0103 sim\u0163im senza\u0163ia de prurit (m\u00e2nc\u0103rime), iar p\u00e2n\u0103 la o \u201esalv\u0103\u201d de str\u0103nuturi nu mai este dec\u00e2t un pas<\/li>\n<li><strong>dilat\u0103 energic vasele \u00eentregului corp<\/strong>, preponderent pe cele periferice, cu un efect imediat de sc\u0103dere (uneori brutal\u0103, violent\u0103) a tensiunii arteriale, fapt \u00eenso\u0163it \u015fi de o cre\u015ftere a pulsului.
