De multe ori, in spatele unei stari de oboseala cronica se ascund dezechilibre hormonale, metabolice, deficit de vitamine si minerale sau un stil de viata care iti consuma mai multa energie decat produce.<\/p>\n<p>Vestea buna este ca, odata ce intelegi cauzele, poti actiona tintit:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>sa iti faci analizele potrivite, sa iti ajustezi alimentatia, sa folosesti suplimentele corect si sa iti schimbi gradual stilul de viata, astfel incat corpul tau sa reinceapa sa produca energie in mod eficient.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_inseamna_oboseala_cronica_si_de_ce_nu_trebuie_ignorata\"><\/span><strong>Ce inseamna oboseala cronica si de ce nu trebuie ignorata<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Oboseala cronica<\/strong> nu inseamna doar sa fii obosit dupa o noapte nedormita sau dupa o perioada stresanta. Vorbim despre o <strong>stare de oboseala<\/strong> care dureaza saptamani sau luni, nu se amelioreaza suficient prin odihna si iti afecteaza clar capacitatea de a functiona normal la serviciu, acasa sau in relatia cu cei din jur.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>sindromul oboselii cronice<\/strong> si in <strong>oboseala permanenta<\/strong>, organismul tau parca nu mai reuseste sa \u201eproduca curent\u201d pentru toate sistemele:<\/p>\n<p>energie fizica, claritate mentala, motivatie, capacitate de regenerare.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea, este esential sa nu ignori aceste semnale, ci sa cauti <strong>cauzele oboselii cronice<\/strong> si sa intervii din timp, inainte sa se transforme intr-o afectiune serioasa sau intr-un colaps fizic si emotional.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cauze_hormonale_si_metabolice_ale_oboselii_cronice\"><\/span><strong>Cauze hormonale si metabolice ale oboselii cronice<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Productia de energie din organism este fin reglata de hormoni (tiroidieni, insulina, cortizol), de sanatatea ficatului si de felul in care mitocondriile \u2013 \u201ecentralele energetice\u201d ale celulelor \u2013 transforma nutrientii in ATP, adica in energie utilizabila. Ficatul este un organ-cheie in metabolism: el transforma hormonii tiroidieni, gestioneaza zaharurile, grasimile si detoxifierea si participa direct la calitatea si \u201ecuratenia\u201d energiei pe care o simti zi de zi.<\/p>\n<p>Ficatul transforma hormonul tiroidian principal <strong>T4<\/strong> in forma sa activa <strong>T3<\/strong>, care ajuta <strong>mitocondriile<\/strong> (centrala energetica a fiecarei celule) sa produca <strong>ATP<\/strong> (molecula de energie a organismului). Daca ficatul este suprasolicitat, intoxicat sau nu functioneaza optim, nu se produce suficient T3, iar celulele tale nu mai pot genera eficient energie.<\/p>\n<p>Practic, <strong>apesi pedala de acceleratie, dar \u201emotorul\u201d nu raspunde cum trebuie<\/strong>. Cortizolul este esential pentru supravietuire, dar, atunci cand ramane crescut mult timp, el incepe sa inhibe arderea grasimilor, sa deregleze somnul si sa fragilizeze imunitatea.<\/p>\n<p>Pe termen lung, nivelul de cortizol poate fi fie cronic crescut (te simti \u201eagitat-obosit\u201d, nu te poti relaxa), fie epuizat (nu mai ai energie nici pentru activitatile obisnuite). In ambele situatii, <strong>sindromul oboselii cronice<\/strong> se poate instala usor, iar corpul tau ajunge sa functioneze pe avarie.
