Cu toate acestea lintea este destul de putin utilizata astazi in comparatie cu alte alimente. Lintea are o compozitie echilibrata si se digera mai usor in comparatie cu alte leguminoase. Multe din efectele produse de linte asupra sanatatii organismului o recomanda in dieta mai multor afectiuni cronice, in preventia acestora sau pur si simplu pentru a intregii un stil de viata echilibrat si sanatos.<\/p>\n<p>Printre cele mai cunoscute preparate pe baza de linte, este <em><strong>supa crema de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/linte\">linte<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, o masa rapida, gustoasa, echilibrata si sanatoasa. Gasesti retea mai jos in articol \ud83d\ude0b.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_lintea\"><\/span><strong>Ce este lintea?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Linte\">Lintea<\/a> este o leguminoasa, adica face parte din aceeasi familie cu fasolea, mazarea, soia sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/naut\"><strong>nautul<\/strong><\/a>. Lintea reprezinta o sursa excelenta de proteine vegetale facand parte dintr-o alimentatie sanatoasa diversificata.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Lintea<\/strong> <\/em>a fost cultivata inca din cele mai vechi timpuri, existand dovezi ale utilizarii ei care dateaza de mai bine de 8000 de ani. Prima utilizarea a fost documentata in Orientul Mijlociu iar apoi se pare ca s-a raspandit in intreaga lume.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_beneficii_are_consumul_de_linte\"><\/span><strong>Ce beneficii are consumul de linte?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Desi cand vorbim de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/antioxidanti\"><strong>antioxidanti<\/strong> <\/a>primul nostru gand se duce cate fructe sau legume de culoare inchisa, acestia se regasesc in alimente multiple, inclusiv in linte.<\/p>\n<p>Lintea are al doilea cel mai mare continut de antioxidanti (dupa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/fasole-neagra\"><strong>fasolea negra<\/strong><\/a>) dintre toate leguminoasele testate si in plus ofera cantitati semnificative de proteine, fier, zinc si folati.<\/p>\n<p>De\u0219i puteam \u00eencepe cu asta, lintea are un con\u021binut echilibrat de nutrien\u021bi, fiind o bun\u0103 surs\u0103 de <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/legitatea-188-surse-optime-de-proteine\"><strong>proteine<\/strong> <\/a>\u0219i de fibre.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beneficiile_consumului_de_linte_asupra_sanatatii\"><\/span><strong>Beneficiile consumului de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/linte\">linte<\/a> asupra sanatatii:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<div>Compozitia cat si continutul in antioxidanti confera lintei mai multe beneficii terapeutice pentru sanatate. Studiile arata ca o dieta bogata in leguminoase poate ajuta la:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>reducerea colesterolului,<\/li>\n<li>normalizarea <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionfacts.org\/video\/how-to-treat-high-blood-pressure-with-diet\/\">hipertensiunii<\/a><\/li>\n<li>reducerea <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionfacts.org\/video\/preventing-prediabetes-by-eating-more\/\">riscului de diabet<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>reducerea riscului de <strong>boli fibrocistice ale sanului<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>reducerea riscului de proliferare a <strong>cancerului de prostata<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lintea este bogata in fitati, ceea ce poate reduce <strong>riscul de cancer de colon<\/strong> si poate avea efecte protectoare impotriva <strong>osteoporozei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><em><strong>Desi mai multe studii demonstreaza efectele lintei in prevenirea sau imbunatatirea starii de sanatate in mai multe tipuri de cancer, nu putem afirma ca lintea are actiune anticancerigena. Cancerul are mai multe cauze de instalare, precum si vindecarea de cancer are nevoie de schimba<\/strong><\/em><strong>ri pe mai multe planuri: alimentatie, gandire poitiva, efort fizic, medicatie naturala sau nu.<\/strong><strong> Ce putem afirma insa este faptul ca lintea poate face parte din alimentatia unui bolnav de cancer putend sprijinii procesul de vindecare prin aportul in nutrienti: proteine de calitate, antioxidanti, vitamine si minerale.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Lintea, alaturi de alte leguminoase poate oferi si efecte <strong>antiinflamatoare<\/strong> semnificative.<\/p>\n<p>Lintea si nautul par sa <strong>imbunatateasca controlul glicemic<\/strong> (adica niveluri moderat-crescute de glucoza din sange) nu doar la masa atunci cand sunt consumate, ci chiar ore mai tarziu sau a doua zi.<\/p>\n<p>Lintea si alte alimente care contin amidon rezistent pot ajuta la blocarea acumularii in colon a hidrogenului sulfurat, care este asociat cu<strong> boli inflamatorii intestinale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>efect mai special al consumului de linte<\/strong> a fost scos in evidenta intr-un studiu realizat pe persoane supraponderale si obeze cu diabet de tip 2, si care concluzioneaza ca participantii care au consumat linte in fiecare zi, timp de 8 saptamani, si-au<em><strong> imbunatatit nivelul colesterolului bun, HDL, <\/strong><\/em>impreuna cu scaderea colesterolului rau, LDL si a trigliceridelor.<\/p>\n<p>Lintea reprezinta o buna sursa de fibre, contribuind la un <strong>tranzit intestinal normal,<\/strong> prevenind astfel constipatia. Lintea contine atat fibre solubile cat si insolubile. Fibrele solubile din linte formeaza o substanta ca un gel in tractul digestiv si intestinal, favorizand tranzitul si secretia biliara.<\/p>\n<p>Asadar prin multitudinea de beneficii terapeutice, lintea merita sa faca parte din alimentatia curenta a persoanelor care isi doresc sa fie sanatoase.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_tipuri_de_linte_exista\"><\/span><strong>Ce tipuri de linte exista?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Desi exista mai multe tipuri de linte cele mai utilizate sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lintea verde\u00a0de munte sau lintea maro<\/li>\n<li>lintea rosie (cunoscuta in preparatele indiene ca si <strong>daal<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>linte galbena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Diferentele intre aceste tipuri de linte<\/strong> nu sunt mari insa versatilitea lor in preparate poate fi diferita:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lintea verde si cea maro isi pastreaza mai bine forma dupa fierbere, pretandu-se mai mult la tocanite sau salate; deasemenea are un continut usor mai mare de proteine si mai scazut de amidon (glucide)<\/li>\n<li>lintea rosie si cea galbena se preteaza mai bine pentru supe creme sau piureuri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4767 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata-.jpg?resize=1020%2C1015&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Linte germinata\" width=\"1020\" height=\"1015\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=1024%2C1019&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=300%2C300&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=150%2C150&amp;ssl=1 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=768%2C764&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=1536%2C1529&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/beneficii-linte-germinata--scaled.jpg?resize=2048%2C2039&amp;ssl=1 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lintea_germinata\"><\/span><strong>Lintea germinata:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pentru a creste valoarea nutritionala, semintele, nucile si leguminoasele pot fi trecute prin procesul de germinare. De exemplu<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/seminte-germinat\/linte-verde-pt-germinat-eco-bio-150g-germline-pret-oferta_.html\"><strong> lintea germinata<\/strong><\/a> are continutul de antioxidanti de dou\u0103 ori mai mare decat cea uscata.<\/p>\n<p>Procesul de germinare mai are si alte beneficii, de exemplu o digestie mai usoara. Ne este binecunoscut obiceiul bunicilor sau parintilor de tine fasolea in apa, cel putin o noapte inainte de a o gati.<\/p>\n<p>Acest obicei nu reprezinta altceva decat inceputul unui proces de germinare, a carui\u00a0 beneficiu major il reprezinta scaderea cantitatii de <strong>antinutrienti<\/strong>:<strong> fitati, lectine, inhibitori de proteaza sau de tripsina<\/strong>. Acesti antinutrienti sunt responsabili de balonare, de o digestie defectuoasa sau de malabsorbtia anumitor nutrienti.<\/p>\n<p>Lintea contine mai putini antinutrienti in comparatie cu alte leguminoase, cu toate acestea procesul de germinare are doar efecte pozitive.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_contine_lintea_Compozitia_nutritionala_a_lintei\"><\/span><strong>Ce contine lintea? Compozitia nutritionala a lintei<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Lintea are o compozitie echilibrata cu un continut crescut de proteine (spre 25%) si un continut ridicat de antioxidanti, vitamine din complexul B, magneziu, zinc, potasiu si fier.<\/p>\n<p>Efectul <strong>antioxidant<\/strong> al lintei este dat de compozitia in <strong>polifenoli<\/strong> (substante naturale) precum procianidina si flavanele, care au puternice proprietati antioxidante si neuroprotectoare. Acesti polifenoli isi pastreaza beneficile si dupa ce lintea este gatita, un beneficiu major pentru necesitatile organismului.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #c3ed9f;\"><em><strong>Lintea reprezinta o alternativa la carne pentru persoanele care tin post sau care au o alimentatie vegana sau vegetariana. Deasemenea lintea se preteaza si in cazul dietelor paleo sau ketogenice.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritiondata.self.com\/facts\/legumes-and-legume-products\/4338\/2\">NutritionData<\/a> lintea are un raport echlibrat ca sursa de calorii de 2:1, carbohidrati vs proteine.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valori_nutritionale_pentru_100g_linte\"><\/span><strong>Valori nutritionale pentru 100g linte:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>110 kcalorii;<\/li>\n<li>20g carbohidrati;<\/li>\n<li>9g proteine;<\/li>\n<li>0.4g grasimi;<\/li>\n<li>9g fibre;<\/li>\n<li>45% din doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de vitamina B9 (acid folic);<\/li>\n<li>11% din DZR de vitamina B1 (tiamina);<\/li>\n<li>9% din DZR de vitamina B6;<\/li>\n<li>5% din DZR de vitamina B3 (niacina);<\/li>\n<li>7% din necesarul zilnic de acid pantotenic;<\/li>\n<li>25% din necesarul zilnic de mangan;<\/li>\n<li>19% din necesarul zilnic de fier;<\/li>\n<li>18% din necesarul zilnic de fosfor;<\/li>\n<li>13% din necesarul zilnic de cupru;<\/li>\n<li>11% din necesarul zilnic de potasiu;<\/li>\n<li>9% din necesarul zilnic de magneziu;<\/li>\n<li>9% din necesarul zilnic de zinc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_se_gateste_lintea\"><\/span><strong>Cum se gateste lintea?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Lintea este un alimente foarte versatil putand fi utilizata in preparate diverse. Dintre cele mai comune regasim:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>tocanita de linte<\/strong> (se prepara ca orice tocanita, timpul de fierbere fiind de 25-30 de minute)<\/li>\n<li><strong>supa de linte sau supa crema de linte<\/strong> (se fierbe lintea alaturi de alte legume iar la final se mixeaza in blender pana la o textura cremoasa)<\/li>\n<li><strong>salata de linte<\/strong> (lintea fiarta se adauga peste salate de cruditati, crescand astfel aportul de proteine si satietatea acesteia)<\/li>\n<li><strong>chiftele de linte<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Retete_de_linte_delicioase_se_hranitoare\"><\/span><strong>Retete de linte delicioase se hranitoare<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mai jos iti prezentam 2 retete de linte, simple, delicioase si hranitoare.
