regaseste in cantitati foarte mici in organismul uman insa este esentiala pentru mai multe functii deosebit de importante.<\/p>\n<p>In acest articol ne propunem sa iti furnizam informatie concentrata si sa iti raspundem celor mai dese intrebari care se pun referitor la <em><strong>vitamina B12<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Care sunt functiile si importanta vitaminei author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qovw8oz81zyz80zz84z3d9ez83zz72zz87zyz65z8cz85zh6gz72zz86z1z69z2z122zz83ziz89z\">globulelor rosii (hemoglobina)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>functionarea optima a sistemului imunitar<\/li>\n<li>diviziunea celulara normala (multiplicarea celulelor)<\/li>\n<li>prevenirea malformatiilor de tub neuronal ale fatului<\/li>\n<li>buna dezvoltare a copilului, in special neuronala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_se_manifesta_deficitul_de_B12\"><\/span><strong>Cum se manifesta deficitul de B12?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Corpul nostru are capacitatea de a stoca vitamina B12 in ficat, astfel deficitele ar trebui sa fie destul de rare.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/legitatea-163-nu-doar-vegetarienii-au-nevoie-de-vitamina-b12\">Deficitul de Vitamina B12<\/a> poate provoca<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>oboseala, slabiciune si deficit de concentrare sau rationament, datorate lezarii nervilor<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/5-pasi-ca-sa-scapi-de-constipatie-definitiv\"><strong>constipatie<\/strong><\/a>, pierderea poftei de mancare si scaderea in greutate<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #555555;\">amorteala si furnicaturi ale mainilor si picioarelor<\/span><\/li>\n<li>anemie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De cele mai multe ori deficitul de B12 se confunda sau se cumuleaza cu alte deficite: <strong>deshidratare, lipsa de magneziu, anemie de alta cauza, stres<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Se_recomanda_sau_nu_se_recomanda_vitamina_B12_in_probleme_oncologice_cancer\"><\/span><strong>Se recomanda sau nu se recomanda vitamina B12 in probleme oncologice (cancer)?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aceasta este o polemica intre multi specialisti si cercetatori dar nici o varianta nu este suficient demonstrata stiintific:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pe deoparte un deficit de B12 (si de alte vitamine) poate favoriza aparitia si dezvoltarea tumorilor<\/li>\n<li>iar pe de alta parte vitamina B12 ar putea prolifera celulei canceroase, datorita implicarii in diviziunea celulara<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este aproximativ aceeasi discutie ca si in cazul acidului folic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce facem? Ce recomandam unui pacient in acest caz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Atunci cand exista polemici noi suntem rezervati si ne ferim sa ne dam cu parerea. Pentru ca noi in general ne bazam pe studii, nu pe pareri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomandarea<\/strong> noastra insa este ca sa se suplineasca deficitul printr-o <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\"><strong>alimentatie echilibrata si diversificata<\/strong><\/a>. Aceasta nu face in nici un caz rau, dar are efectele cele mai benefice pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4541\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vitamina-b12-surse.jpg?resize=652%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Vitamina B12 surse naturale\" width=\"652\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vitamina-b12-surse.jpg?w=652&amp;ssl=1 652w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/vitamina-b12-surse.jpg?resize=300%2C207&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 652px) 100vw, 652px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_surse_naturale_de_Vitamina_B12_exista\"><\/span><strong>Ce surse naturale de Vitamina B12 exista?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Literatura de specialitate prezinta ca principala sursa de vitamina B12 produsele de origine animala: <strong>carnea, ouale si lactatele fermentate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Insa vitamina B12 se gaseste si in alimente de origine vegetala: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/polen-crud\">polen crud<\/a>,<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sos-de-soia\">soia fermentata<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/ciuperci-shiitake-pulbere-raw-bio-250g-obio-pret-oferta_.html\">ciupercile Shitake<\/a>, alge marine<\/strong>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/fulgi-de-drojdie\"><strong> drojdie inactiva <\/strong><\/a>(dar cantitatile sunt mai mici).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flora saprofita normala<\/strong> a organismului uman produce de asemenea cantitati mici de <em><strong>vitamina B12<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>O alta sursa o reprezinta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vitamina-b12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>suplimentele nutritive cu Vitamina B12<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"maxbutton-10 maxbutton maxbutton-vitamina-b12\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"suplimente cu vitamina B12\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vitamina-b12\"><span class='mb-text'>cumpara vitamina B12<\/span><\/a>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_ce_se_regaseste_Vitamina_B12_preponderent_in_produsele_de_origine_animala\"><\/span><strong><span class=\" author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qovw8oz81zyz80zz84z3d9ez83zz72zz87zyz65z8cz85zh6gz72zz86z1z69z2z122zz83ziz89z\">De ce se regaseste Vitamina B12, preponderent in produsele de origine animal\u0103?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Vitamina B12 nu este sintetizata nici de animale, nici de om ci de <strong>bacterii<\/strong>. Se presupune ca alimentele de origine animala (si in special de la <strong>rumegatoare<\/strong>) ar fi mai bogate in B12 pentru ca acestea ar trebui sa o preia de pe plante in momentul pasunatului. Agricultura intensiva din ultimele decenii insa a facut ca bacteriile care produceau aceasta vitamina sa fie tot mai putine, iar la randul lor, produsele animale, sa contina tot mai putina vitamina B12.<\/p>\n<p>Tot din acelasi motiv polenul crud poliflor al albinelor este o sursa veritabila de<em><strong> vitamina B12<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_ce_se_recomanda_vitamina_B12_mai_mult_veganilor\"><\/span><strong><span class=\" author-d-1gg9uz65z1iz85zgdz68zmqkz84zo2qovw8oz81zyz80zz84z3d9ez83zz72zz87zyz65z8cz85zh6gz72zz86z1z69z2z122zz83ziz89z\">De ce se recomanda vitamina B12 mai mult veganilor?<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dupa parerea noastra exista o falsa impresie ca doar veganii ar avea deficit de B12.
