preocupati de sanatatea noastra si ne dorim sa facem cele mai bune alegeri, <strong>dar ce se intampla<\/strong> cand mergem in concediu sau la restaurant?<\/p>\n<p>Toate intamplarile traite in\u00a0 diverse locatii ne-au determinat sa scriem un articol pe blog despre ce se intampla cand <strong>mancam la restaurant <\/strong>sau<strong> in oras,\u00a0<\/strong>si cum putem sa facem alegeri sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p>De multe ori se intampla sa fim deranjati ca: <strong>\u201eiar a pus otet\u201d<\/strong> sau <strong>\u201eiar a pus vegeta\u201d<\/strong> sau <strong>\u201eiar a pus zahar in salata\u201d<\/strong>, intre timp insa ne-am mai calmat si am devenit mult mai intelegatori dar <strong>am sporit dorinta pentru o educatie alimentara corecta <\/strong>a cat mai multor oameni<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_este_alimentatia_in_restaurante\"><\/span><strong>Cum este alimentatia in restaurante<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ne dam seama ca desi sunt tot mai multi oameni preocupati de o <strong>alimentatie sanatoasa<\/strong>, suntem departe de a ne bucura de\u00a0aceste principii si in restaurante sau hoteluri.<\/p>\n<p>Am avut nenumarate experiente in care ne straduiam sa comandam ceva\u00a0<strong>simplu <\/strong>si<strong> cat de cat sanatos<\/strong> dar cu toate astea cei de la restaurante o dadeau in bara, <strong>adaugand<\/strong> ingrediente pe care <strong>nu le doream<\/strong>: otet, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/te-ai-saturat-sa-nu-stii-ce-mananci-prepara-ti-singur-condimentele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">condimente<\/a> <\/strong>cu potentiatori de aroma, zahar, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Sau se intampla sa comandam: <strong>\u201eVa rog un ceai&#8230; cu miere!\u201d<\/strong> si raspunsul venea&#8230; <strong>\u201eNe pare rau, nu avem miere!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si aici nici nu discutam de faptul ca in multe locatii nici nu se pune accentul pe calitatea si prospetimea alimentelor ci doar de existenta sau inexistenta acelor alimente.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Mare aten\u021bie atunci c\u00e2nd c\u0103l\u0103tori\u021bi mai departe de cas\u0103, s\u0103 ave\u021bi mare grij\u0103 la igien\u0103, ce alimente consuma\u021bi \u0219i ce ap\u0103 be\u021bi ca s\u0103 sta\u021bi departe de o <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/enterocolita-diareea-si-toxinfectiile-alimentare-simptome-cauze-si-tratament-natural\"><strong>enterocolit\u0103 sau o toxinfec\u021bie alimentar\u0103<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Experienta_unui_%E2%80%9Evegetarian%E2%80%9D_in_concediu\"><\/span><strong>Experienta unui \u201evegetarian\u201d in concediu<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>O experienta insa ne-a determinat sa impartasim cu voi aceste ganduri.<\/p>\n<p>Am vrut sa iesim in natura, sa ne relaxam putin si sa ne cazam la o <strong>pensiune retrasa<\/strong> in inima naturii. Am sunat pentru rezervare si am dorit sa mentionez ca <strong>mancam putin altfel<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eStiti noi nu prea mancam carne si&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> m-a intrerupt si mi-a spus <strong>\u201eaaa, sunteti vegetarieni, nu-i problema, avem cartofi prajiti, cascaval pane&#8230;\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu am apucat sa-i spun ca de fapt nu <strong>carnea<\/strong> ar fi neaparat problema ci <strong>cantitatea<\/strong>, felul\u00a0in care sunt <strong>crescute animalele<\/strong> si <strong>modul de gatire<\/strong>. Nu am apucat sa-i spun ca nici cartofii prajiti si cascavalul pane nu ar fi\u00a0departe de <strong>\u201eproprietatile nutritive\u201d<\/strong> ale carnii, poate chiar era de <strong>preferat un gratar<\/strong> :).<\/p>\n<p>Nu am apucat nici sa-i spun ca ceea ce vrem noi e putin diferit de doar <strong>\u201enu mancam carne\u201d<\/strong>. Nu am vrut sa intru in detalii cu gandul ca nu avea sens, doar nu era sa <strong>tin lectii de stil de viata prin telefon&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am zis cu calm\u00a0<strong>\u201ebine\u201d<\/strong>, am facut rezervarea, cu gandul ca<strong> tot gasim noi ceva de mancare<\/strong>, ca doar aveau restaurant. Si mancarea chiar nu ar fi fost o problema daca nu am fi fost si cu fetita noastra&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/unhappy-woman-at-restuarant_ubwvcv.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cand am ajuns acolo am avut o surpriza placuta, <strong>oamenii erau chiar deschisi<\/strong> si ne-au intrebat cu sinceritate <strong>\u201eCe vrem sa mancam?\u201d<\/strong>, azi, maine&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ne-am dat seama ca erau binevoitori insa habar nu aveau ce inseamna <strong>alimentatie sanatoasa<\/strong>, cu ce gresesc, de ce nu e bine sa mancam aia si aia, etc. Iar pentru iei \u201e<strong>vegetarienii<\/strong>\u201d li se pareau de multe ori <strong>niste ciudati<\/strong> care vin si doar \u201estramba din nas\u201d, sunt vesnic nemultumiti sau chiar mai rau&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Atunci ne-am gandit ce sa facem&#8230; <strong>sa le dam o lista<\/strong>&#8230;\u00a0<strong>sa<\/strong> <strong>gatim\u00a0cu ei<\/strong>&#8230; sau&#8230; <strong>sa scriem un articol<\/strong>&#8230; iar data viitoare sa le spunem, intra pe www.minuneanaturii.ro, citeste articolul si dupa aia vorbim daca mai aveti intrebari.<\/p>\n<p>Etichetele <strong>vegetarian, vegan,<\/strong> etc. nu ni se par\u00a0suficient de concludente, poti manca vegetal, dar alimentatia sa fie lipsita de nutrienti si chiar nesanatoasa\u00a0sau poti consuma\u00a0carne si alimentatia ta sa fie mult mai sanatoasa.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Daca_spui_ca_esti_vegetarian_nu_inseamna_ca_spui_%E2%80%9Emananc_sanatos%E2%80%9D\"><\/span><strong>Daca spui ca esti vegetarian nu inseamna ca spui \u201emananc sanatos!\u201d.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cunoastem vegetarieni obezi si cunoastem oameni care mananca carne dar au o alimentatie mult mai sanatoasa.<\/p>\n<p>Desigur exista <strong>restaurante vegetariene<\/strong> care sunt o alegere mai sigura, insa sunt putine si chiar si acolo poti alege <strong>combinatii fatale<\/strong> pentru digestie.<\/p>\n<p>De exemplu, daca, dupa ce ai mancat, poate, o salata si un fel principal,\u00a0alegi un <strong>desert raw-vegan<\/strong>, bogat in seminte, fructe uscate, unt de cacao\/cocos, probabil ca te vei alege cu o <strong>indigestie<\/strong> sau cu o <strong>balonare<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dulciuri raw-vegane, in general, reprezinta o masa in sine si nu prea se pot combina cu alte mancaruri.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Meniu_sanatos_pentru_concediu\"><\/span><strong>Meniu sanatos pentru concediu<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Revenind la mancatul in concediu, ne dorim sa <strong>ajutam restaurantele si bucatarii<\/strong> sa inteleaga ce vrem de fapt.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sa_incepem_cu_ce_NU_am_vrea_sau_am_dori_sa_evitam_pe_cat_posibil_adica_vrem_sa_manca_fara\"><\/span>Sa incepem cu ce <strong>NU am vrea<\/strong> sau\u00a0<strong>am dori sa evitam pe cat posibil<\/strong>, adica vrem sa manca fara:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>condimentele gen vegeta<\/strong> cu <strong>monoglutamat<\/strong> sau alti potentiatori de gust (sunt neurotoxine), denumite in mod ostentativ chiar \u201esecretul bucatarului\u201d (se polate inlocui cu <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vegeta-naturala-191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">legume deshidratate<\/a> simple<\/strong> + <strong>sare<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>margarina<\/strong> (se poate inlocui cu <strong>unt<\/strong>), margarina poate fi considerata mai degraba otrava decat aliment<\/li>\n<li><strong>zaharul<\/strong> (se poate inlocui cu <strong>miere<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>otetul<\/strong> (se poate inlocui cu <strong>zeama de lamaie<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>sare iodata<\/strong> si cu adaus de <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/legitatea-12-sarea-pe-care-o-mananci-contine-cianura\"><strong>cianura<\/strong> <\/a>(se poate <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/inlocuieste-sarea-iodata-cu-una-naturala-neaditivata-legitatea-506\"><strong>inlocui<\/strong> <\/a>cu <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sare-integrala-fara-iod-113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sare naturala<\/a> <\/strong>fara iod si fara antiaglomeranti)<\/li>\n<li><strong>uleiul de floarea soarelui<\/strong> (se poate inlocui cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/ulei-masline-presat-la-rece-150\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ulei de <strong>masline<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>prajitul in ulei<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>cand vrem legume la gratar, inseamna usor gatite la gratar, nu in tigaie cu striuri si 1l de ulei&#8230; (ca metoda alternativa se poate gati la <strong>cuptor<\/strong> sau la <strong>aburi<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>faina alba<\/strong>, <strong>paine<\/strong> si <strong>paste albe<\/strong> (se pot inlocui cu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/fainuri-integrale-174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">faina <strong>integrala<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>paine cu tarate<\/strong>, respectiv cu <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/paste-integrale-276\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paste integrale<\/a><\/strong>, deja sunt \u201epe toate gardurile\u201d)<\/li>\n<li>combinatia <strong>fructe cu legume<\/strong>, vrem mancare simpla, nu vrem \u201esofisticat-uri\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Si_cum_am_vrea_sa_fie_mancarea_in_concediu\"><\/span><strong>Si cum am vrea sa fie mancarea in <strong>naturale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>sa existe o <strong>varietate cat mai mare de cruditati<\/strong> (legume, seminte, fructe) din care sa se poate forma salate diverse<\/li>\n<li>sa stiti ca vrem la fiecare masa <strong>salate mari<\/strong>, in <strong>boluri mari<\/strong>, nu in bolisoare ca pentru pasarele&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Iata si cateva idei de preparate usor de gatit, cu ingrediente simple, fara sa folosim <strong>chia, quinoa, amaranth<\/strong> si alte ingrediente care par inca pentru multi <strong>\u201escience fiction\u201d<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: <strong>unt<\/strong>, <strong>branza<\/strong> de casa<\/li>\n<li><strong>multe cruditati<\/strong>, <strong>ou<\/strong> fiert moale, <strong>paine integrala<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>paine Cand gatiti, NU va ganditi la \u201eavioane\u201d, <strong>preparati<\/strong> mancarurile <strong>simplu<\/strong> si daca aveti nelamuriri <strong>mai bine intrebati-i <\/strong>ce si cum vor&#8230; astfel toata lumea va fi mult mai fericita.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Atentie_pe_cine_dai_vina\"><\/span><strong>Atentie pe cine dai vina!!! <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Responsabilitatea sanatatii cade in dreptul fiecarei persoane in parte, nu este devina bucatarul pentru ca m-am ingrasat in concediu &#8230;sau pentru ca am mers la \u201eall inlcusive\u201d si am \u201egustat\u201d din toate&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>In speranta ca ati inteles spiritul de gluma de pe alocuri, in speranta ca nu am exagerat si ca acest articol ii va fi cuiva, candva util, va doresc:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concediu placut si\/sau pofta buna!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;si <strong>nu uitati!<\/strong> Conteaza cel mai mult&#8230; <strong>atmosfera de la masa<\/strong> si <strong>starea voastra interioara<\/strong>!
