Sunt tot mai multe persoane cu acest diagnostic si din ce in ce mai multe persoane tinere. Varsta de imbolnavire a scazut foarte mult din trei cauze importante: alimentatia haotica si nesanatoasa, sedentarismul si stresul prelungit la care suntem supusi zi de zi.<\/p>\n<p>Hipertensiunea este o boala perfida, nu doare, nu creeaza simptome evidente insa poate da complicatii seriose si chiar moarte subita. Hipertensiunea arteriala este un inamic tacut care te poate omori chiar si in somn.<\/p>\n<p>Nu o neglija, citeste sfaturile de mai jos si adopta un stil de viata care sa reduca tensiunea arteriala. Prin schimbari in stilul de viata, hipertensiunea poate fi normalizata, fara medicatie!<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cauzele_hipertensiunii_arteriale\"><\/span><strong>Cauzele hipertensiunii arteriale<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cauzele hpertensiunii arteriale sunt mai multe, insa primele trei sunt cele mai frecvente si sunt cele asupra carora putem actiona cel mai bine pentru a preveni imbolnavirea sau a normaliza valorile deja crescute:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Stilul de viata nesanatos:\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>alimentatia nesantoasa, bogata in mancaruri prea grase, prea sarate si prea procesate care duce la: colesterol crescut, obezitate, diabet<\/li>\n<li>lipsa de efort fizic regulat, adica sedentarismul<\/li>\n<li>consumul de substante nocive: fumatul, consumul excesiv de alcool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Istoricul familial de hipertensiune:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>daca evem hipertensivi in familie, suntem predispusi sa facem si noi hipertensiune, insa trebuie sa avem in minte faptul ca noi invatam in primul rand stilul de viata de la parinti si abia apoi mostenim genele; printr-un stil de viata sanatos putem preveni aparitia hipertensiunii, chiar daca parintii nostri au avut aceasta boala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stresul:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>mai exact proasta gestionare a emotiilor si dezorganizarea; lipsa unei rutine sanatoase, a obiectivelor clare si a gestionarii cu inteligenta a timpului; cu cat reusim sa gestionam mai bine stresul, cu atat vom elimina aceasta cauza;<\/li>\n<li>cu cat insa vom fi mai tensionati, cu atat mai repede vom face hipertensiune<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte cauze posibile:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/psoriazis-cauze-factori-declansatori-si-tratamente-naturale\"><strong>Psoriazisul<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sarcina<\/li>\n<li>Boli renale<\/li>\n<li>Sindrom de apnee obstructiv\u0103 \u00een somn<\/li>\n<li>Malforma\u0163ii congenitale ale inimii<\/li>\n<li>Tulbur\u0103ri tiroidiene\u00a0sau ale glandelor suprarenale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #555555;\">Administrarea anumitor<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #555555;\"><strong> medicamente sau suplimente alimentare<\/strong>\u00a0poate creste tensiunea arteriala: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #555555;\">medicamente: acetaminofenul (paracetamol) administrat zilnic, ibuprofenul, naproxenul, anumite antidepresive, ,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #555555;\">suplimente: ginseng, lemn dulce\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomele_aparitiei_Hipertensiunii_arteriale\"><\/span><strong>Simptomele aparitiei Hipertensiunii arteriale:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hipertensiunea nu prea doare si nu prea se simte, de aceea este nevoie de un control medical efectuat cu regularitate. Unele dintre simptomele care apar uneori sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ameteli,<\/li>\n<li>durerile de cap persistente, mai ales sub forma pulsatorie in partea din spate a capului,<\/li>\n<li>insomnie si somn agitat,<\/li>\n<li>transpiratie excesive pe timpul noptii,<\/li>\n<li>oboseala accentuata,<\/li>\n<li>tulburari de vedere,<\/li>\n<li>zgomote in urechi,<\/li>\n<li>respiratie ingreunata,<\/li>\n<li>pofta de sare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Complicatiile_Hipertensiunii_arteriale\"><\/span><strong>Complicatiile Hipertensiunii arteriale<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hipertensiunea arteriala poate da multiple complicatii severe!<\/p>\n<p>Dupa OMS (Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii) Hipertensiunea arteriala (HTA) reprezinta una din cele mai importante cauza de moarte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peste 80% din pacientii cu accident vascular cerebral (AVC) au HTA.<\/li>\n<li>Unul din trei adulti au hipertensiune arteriala dar nu cunosc acest lucru.<\/li>\n<li>Netratata si nesolucionata HTA poate avea consecinte asupra capacitatii de memorare si gandire (dementa), pareze si paralizii reversibile sau ireversibile, facand pacientii dependenti sociali si necesitand perioade lungi de recuperare psihomotorie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Complicatiile_HTA_netratate_persistente_sunt\"><\/span><strong>Complicatiile HTA netratate persistente sunt:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>accident vascular cerebral (AVC) si encefalopatia hipertensiva,<\/li>\n<li>retinopatia hipertensiva,<\/li>\n<li>Infarct miocardic acut (IMA),<\/li>\n<li>insuficienta cardiaca congestiva,<\/li>\n<li>cardiomiopatia hipertensiva,<\/li>\n<li>nefropatia hipetensiva,<\/li>\n<li>bolile arterelor periferice,<\/li>\n<li>hipertrofie de ventricul stg (HVS) si disfunctie diastolica de ventricul stang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Complicatiile_Hipertensiunii_arteriale_daca_exista_si_alti_factori_implicati\"><\/span><strong>Complicatiile Hipertensiunii arteriale daca exista si alti factori implicati:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Daca exista alte boli asociate sau factori agravanti, <em><strong>Hipertensiunea arteriala<\/strong><\/em> poate fi si mai grava:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diabetul zaharat si obezitatea cresc de 4 ori moartea subita prin boala cardiaca si AVC.<\/li>\n<li>Combinatia dintre HTA , fumat si diabet duce frecvent la amputarea membrelor inferioare la cei cu arteriopatia obstructiva a membrelor inferioare (AOMI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4468 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dieta-dash.jpeg?resize=1020%2C679&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"dieta dash in hipertensiune\" width=\"1020\" height=\"679\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dieta-dash.jpeg?resize=1024%2C682&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dieta-dash.jpeg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dieta-dash.jpeg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dieta-dash.jpeg?w=1360&amp;ssl=1 1360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pentru a evita afectiuni mai grave decat hipertensiunea arteriala este nevoie sa acorzi o atentie sporita alimentatiei, sportului si gestionarii stresului. In acelasi timp monitorizeaza-ti tensiunea arteriala cu ajutorul medicului specialist sau a medicului de familie.<\/p>\n<p>Iata o dieta recunoscuta la nivel international ca fiind benefica in hipertensiunea arteriala si care este respectata de catre sugestiile de meniu date de noi.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dieta_Dash_regimul_care_reduce_tensiunea_arteriala\"><\/span><strong><em>Dieta Dash<\/em>, regimul care reduce tensiunea arteriala<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Denumirile pompoase de obicei nu spun mare lucru iar o dieta cu atat mai putin. Ne-a atras atentia insa aceasta denumire pentru ca se bazeaza pe principii pe care si noi le promovam.<\/p>\n<p>Dieta DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) a fost aleasa cel mai bun regim al anului 2013 in Statele Unite, pentru ca ajuta in mai multe afectiuni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>scaderea tensiunii arteriale,<\/li>\n<li>scaderea riscul de boli de inima,<\/li>\n<li>scaderea riscului de accident vascular cerebral si cancer<\/li>\n<li>reduce riscul de formare a pietrelor la rinichi<\/li>\n<li>poate incetini progresia bolilor de inima si de rinichi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dieta DASH se bazeaza pe 2 principii:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>este bogata in fructe, legume,\u00a0cereale integrale, peste, fasole, seminte si nuci.<\/li>\n<li>este saraca in sare si sodiu, zaharuri adaugate si dulciuri, grasimi si carne rosie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Venind cu un aport crescut de alimente crude si naturale iar in acelasi timp reducand alimentele care pot fi nocive, nu facem altceva decat sa inversam procesul care duce spre <em><strong>Hipertensiune<\/strong> <\/em>arteriala, ca mai apoi aceasta sa se normalizeze.<\/p>\n<p>Din acelasi motiv si alte \u201ediete\u201d au cam aceleasi rezultate: dieta vegetariana, dieta raw-vegana, dieta mediteaneana, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Iti recomandam si <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/metode-naturale-de-a-reduce-hipertensiunea-legitatea-518\"><strong>acest articol<\/strong><\/a> in care dezbatem <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/metode-naturale-de-a-reduce-hipertensiunea-legitatea-518\"><strong>15 metode de naturale de a reduce hipertensiunea<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principii_si_sfaturi_ale_Dietei_DASH_in_hipertensiune\"><\/span><strong>Principii si sfaturi ale Dietei DASH in hipertensiune:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Adauga fructe sau legume la fiecare masa, astfel incat cel putin jumatate din farfurie sa fie cu fructe si legume. (Dar nu combina fructele cu alte mancaruri la aceeasi masa.)<\/li>\n<li>Alege alimente de culori diferite, astfel incat farfuria ta sa fie plina de culoare<\/li>\n<li>Limiteaza adausul de sare si foloseste o sare neaditivata\n<ul>\n<li>Poti compensa gustul sarat cu alte arome:\u00a0legume aromatice (ex: ceapa, ardei, usturoi),\u00a0plante aromatice (ex: rozmarin, patrunjel, coriandru),\u00a0condimente si mirodenii (ex: piper negru, scortisoara, chimen, ghimbir, nucsoara)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Citeste cu atentie etichetele, urmarind, pe langa E-uri, continutul de zahar si de sare. Daca pe eticheta scrie 1 g de sodiu, inseamna 2,5 g de sare, adica jumatate din doza zilnica recomandata (ADMIS &#8211; 6 g sare\/zi &#8211; 1 lingurita de sare\/zi)<\/li>\n<li>opteaza pentru surse de proteine vegetale<\/li>\n<li>consuma nuci si alte seminte, care iti ofera aportul de grasimi esentiale<\/li>\n<li>elimina zaharul, grasimile saturate si grasimile trans din alimentatie<\/li>\n<li>nu consuma conserve sau oricare alte produse care au aditivi si continut crescut de sodiu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dieta DASH este usor de pus in practica cu ajutorul <strong>MentorSano\u00a0<\/strong>(o aplicatie inedita de health&amp;lifestyle) si este recomandata fara restrictii in ceea ce priveste varsta, fiind indicata inclusiv adolescentilor si tinerilor supraponderali.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Efortul_fizic_in_dieta_DASH\"><\/span><strong>Efortul fizic in dieta DASH<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Efortul fizic este indispensabil si are mai multe efecte pozitive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>arderea caloriilor,<\/li>\n<li>scaderea tensiunii arteriale,<\/li>\n<li>eliberarea de sters,<\/li>\n<li>detoxifierea organsimului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Daca nu ai mai facut de mult timp sport, nu te apuca de exercitii dificile sau intense ci fa exercitii simple si usoare, urmand sa cresti gradual intensitatea si durata. Fiind vorba\u00a0 de inima si hipertensiune este bine sa alegi sporturi de anduranta, care intaresc puterea inimii si duc la un control mai bun al tensiunii arteriale (alergare pe distante lungi, inotul, ciclismul, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Cel mai banal este mersul pe jos, in fiecare zi, daca se poate intr-un ritm mai alert sau alergarea usoara. Ambele sunt ideale pentru sanatatea inimii.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pe_scurt_DIETA_DASH_pentru_Hipertensiune_inseamna\"><\/span><strong>Pe scurt <em>DIETA DASH<\/em> pentru <em>Hipertensiune<\/em> inseamna:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"list-green\">\n<li>modificarea obiceiurilor alimentare<\/li>\n<li>renuntarea la fumat si la alcool<\/li>\n<li>reducerea greutatii corporale<\/li>\n<li>exercitiu fizic regulat<\/li>\n<li>tehnici de relaxare pentru reducerea stresului<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Tot mai multi experti si nutritionisti sustin ca dieta DASH ar trebui sa fie stilul de viata al omului modern, pentru ca are marile calitati de a nu produce niciun fel de carente nutritionale in organism si de a preveni cele mai frecvente boli care apar astazi.<\/p>\n<p>O alimentatie vegana, bogata in alimente integrale poate fi o solutie pentru reducerea valorilor tensiunii arteriale.<\/p>\n<p>Mentine aceasta dieta macar o perioada de timp pentru\u00a0a observa rezultatele.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Iata un exemplu de meniu <\/strong><\/a>care este construit astfel incat sa respecte principiile dietei DASH si cu siguranta te va ajuta pe drumul sanatatii!<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Suplimente_si_remedii_care_sprijina_normalizarea_tensiunii_arteriale\"><\/span><strong>Suplimente si remedii care sprijina normalizarea tensiunii arteriale<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Odata cu agricultura intensiva si cu stresul zilelor naostre ne este tot mai greu sa obtinem toti nutrientii din alimente iar mai apoi acestia sa se si absoarba in organism.
