Spirulina este un superaliment care prezinta multiple beneficii pentru organismul uman. Spirulina este benefica atat administrata intern cat si in preparate cosmetice sau chiar in alte moduri de utilizare. <em><strong>Spirulina<\/strong> <\/em>este atat de versatila, incat, aproape ca nu este persoana la care spirulina sa nu fie benefica: de la femei insarcinate sau care alapteaza, la adulti suprasolicitati si pana la varstnici.<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_spirulina_si_cum_ne_ajuta\"><\/span><strong>Ce este spirulina si cum ne ajuta?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spirulina este una dintre cele mai potente surse de nutrienti de pe planeta si este, conform studiilor, una dintre cele mai vechi forme de viata de pe pamant.<\/p>\n<p>In fapt, spirulina este o microalga de culoare verde-albastruie care creste in mediul acvatic.\u00a0Numele de spirulina provine de la forma pe care o are aceast\u0103 alga, forma de spirala.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_s-a_descoperit_Spirulina\"><\/span><strong>Cum s-a descoperit Spirulina?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Oamenii au descoperit spirulina in lacurile calde, cu apa alcalina, din zonele cu temperaturi ridicate precum America Centrala sau Africa. Aztecii sunt intre cei care au descoperit printre primii beneficiile nutritive ale spirulinei, astfel ca aceasta alga marina este studiata, in fapt, de secole. Printre altele, spriulina a contribuit la producerea oxigenului necesar planetei timp de milioane de ani.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spirulina_un_superaliment\"><\/span><strong>Spirulina<\/strong><strong>, un superaliment<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spirulina este atat de bogata in nutrienti incat unele studii arata ca este foarte posibil ca un om sa supravietuiasca eficient numai cu o dieta bazata pe apa si spirulina, practic oamenii s-ar putea hrani doar cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/spirulina-\"><strong>Spirulina<\/strong> <\/a>si ar primii toti nutrientii necesari. Evident, acest lucru nu este recomandat dar scoate in evidenta proprietatile fantastice ale spirulinei si faptul ca poate suplini anumite deficite care exista la anumite persoane.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Compozitia_Spirulinei\"><\/span><strong>Compozitia Spirulinei:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Compozitia spirulinei este foarte complexa insa anumite aspecte sunt remarcabile.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spirulina contine intre 60 si 70% proteine pure, adica mult peste media altor alimente (carne, de exemplu). Alga marina straveche contine 8 aminoacizi esentiali: <strong>fenilanina, triptofan, treonina, metionina, lizina, leucina, izoleucina si valina<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spirulina mai are in compozitia sa:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>acid gama-linoleic,<\/li>\n<li>ficocianina,<\/li>\n<li>beta caroten (un nivel de 5 ori mai mare decat cel din morcovi si de 40 de ori mai mare decat cel din spanac),<\/li>\n<li>vitaminele B12, D, E \u0219i K,<\/li>\n<li>clorofil\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>acizi ARN si ADN,<\/li>\n<li>acid arahidonic,<\/li>\n<li>cupru,<\/li>\n<li>calciu,<\/li>\n<li>iod,<\/li>\n<li>crom,<\/li>\n<li>fier,<\/li>\n<li>fosfor,<\/li>\n<li>magneziu,<\/li>\n<li>potasiu,<\/li>\n<li>seleniu,<\/li>\n<li>zinc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Actiunea_componentelor_cheie_ale_spirulinei\"><\/span><strong>Actiunea componentelor cheie ale spirulinei<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Acizii <strong>gama-linoleici<\/strong> din spirulina ajuta la <strong>reglarea tensiunii arteriale<\/strong> si combat <strong>colesterolul<\/strong>. In acelasi timp continutul de acid gamma-linoleic (GLA), face pielea si parul sanatoase si stralucitoare dar ajuta si in simptomele inflamatoare ale artritei. Pentru asta insa exista o specie de <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/spirulina-\/spirulina-organica-fara-iod-eco-bio-120-tablete-spirulina-nigrita-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>spirulina fara iod<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, un produs care poate fi utilizat fara restrictii si de catre persoanele cu afectiuni tiroidiene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clorofila<\/strong> care se regaseste intre nutrientii din spirulina este un bun dezinfectant si un regenerant eficient, astfel ca o veti regasi in compozitia multor creme.<\/p>\n<p>Spirulina contine la fel de mult <strong>fier<\/strong> ca si carnea rosie. Fierul impreuna cu concentratia foarte mare de clorofila (a carei molecula este aproape identica cu cea a hemoglobinei) sprijina indreptarea anemiei, creste nivelul hemoglobinei, imbunatateste calitatea sangelui si formarea celulelor rosii. Fierul este un compus necesar pentru organism, deficitul acestuia stand la baza multor afectiuni.<\/p>\n<p>Fiind o sursa buna de <strong>sulf<\/strong>, spirulina va imbunatati sistemul imunitar, puterea fizica, flexibilitatea articulatiilor, agilitatea, va da un tonus bun tenului si parului, va promova sanatatea ficatului si a pancreasului. Sulful ajuta de asemenea la eliminarea toxinelor de la nivel celular.<\/p>\n<p>Prin continutul inalt de proteina de buna calitate, spirulina ajuta la cresterea si puterea muschilor, la rezistenta fizica, echilibreaza zaharul din sange, chimia creierului, promoveaza sanatatea neurologica, accelereaza vindecarea si ajuta la mentinerea oaselor puternice.<\/p>\n<p>Prezenta tryptofanului (unul dintre aminoacizi) in spirulina ii asigura acesteia importanta in echilibrarea chimiei creierului. Spirulina le permite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sportivi\"><strong>sportivilor<\/strong><\/a> sa isi optimizeze pregatirea musculara in timpul antrenamentelor la fel ca si recuperarea dupa exercitii.<\/p>\n<div class=\"dossier-intro\">\n<p>Spirulina contine proteine de calitate printre care cei 8 aminoacizi esentiali (inclusiv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/bcaa\"><strong>BCAA<\/strong><\/a>) pe care corpul nu poate sa ii sintetizeze. Acesti aminoacizi sunt necesari pentru formarea si regenerarea muschilor in timpul si dupa antrenamente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dossier-intro\">\n<p>Aportul echilibrat de carbohidrati este un alt plus al Spiruline. Carbohidratii nu sunt prezenti in cantitati suficiente (15-25%) pentru ca ei sa afecteze rezervele de glicogen ale ficatului. Grupul de vitamine B este bine reprezentat in Spirulina si este implicat in metabolismul carbohidratilor, fie prin permiterea stocarii de glucoza in forma de glicogen ori prin promovarea conversiei la ATP, sursa de energie pentru muschi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dossier-intro\">\n<p><strong>Vitamina B12<\/strong> (10-35mg pentru 100g) este implicata in hematopoiezei (formarea globulelor rosii) si de asemenea in sistemul nervos. Deficienta <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/vitamina-b12-intre-controverse-si-recomandari\"><strong>vitaminei B12<\/strong><\/a> poate cauza anemia megalobastica, ce inseamna reducerea numarului globulelor rosii cu marime crescuta, ce duce la oxigenarea slaba a organelor si tesuturilor.
