De fapt acest rol al vitaminei D este doar unul din cele multe, vitamina D fiind una esentiala pentru sanatate in general si pentru imunitate in mod special.<\/p>\n<p>Pe cat este de importanta, pe atat este de neglijata vitamina D. Foarte putini oameni isi pun problema daca au sau nu o concentratie optima de vitamina D in sange si in organism.<\/p>\n<p>Tu cand ti-ai facut ultima data analiza de vitamina D?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_este_Vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>Ce este Vitamina D<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Vitamina D este o vitamina liposolubila (adica uleiuoasa, grasa) care este sintetizata de catre piele sub actiunea razelor solare din 7-dehidro-colesterol (provitamina d3), un derivat din colesterol.\u00a0Vitamina D mai este denumita si \u201evitamina soarelui\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina D reprezinta insa mai mult dec\u00e2t o vitamina liposolubila, intrucat functioneaza de cele mai multe ori ca un hormon menit sa reechilibreze o sumedenie de functii in organism.<\/p>\n<p>Formele principale de <em><strong>vitamina D<\/strong><\/em> sunt <strong>vitamina D2<\/strong> sau ergocalciferol si <strong>vitamina D3<\/strong> sau colecalciferol.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Importanta Vitaminei D pentru sanatate - Minunea Naturii\" width=\"1020\" height=\"574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D7CxymsxkWI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_se_absoarbe_vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>Cum se absoarbe vitamina D<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Exista 2 surse de vitamina D:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>expunerea la soare timp de minim 20 de minute zilnic (sinteza vitaminei D are loc la nivelul pielii, sub actiunea razelor solare UVB)<\/li>\n<li>aport alimentar de alimente grase (peste, ulei de peste, grasimi animale) sau din suplimente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Romania soarele permite sintetizarea vitaminei D doar in intrevalul mai-septembrie. In restul lunilor ar fi nevoie de un aport extern. Astfel cele mai multe persoane sufera de un deficit de vitamina D si astfel mai multe functii ale organismului sunt perturbate.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca corpul stocheaza <em><strong>vitamina D<\/strong><\/em> in ficat, muschi si celule adipoase (grasime) si rezerva se poate mentine o anumita perioada, pentru cei mai multi dintre noi ea este insuficienta.<\/p>\n<h2><span href=\"https:\/\/www.coimbraprotocol.com\/the-protocol-1\"><strong>Dr. Cicero Coimbra<\/strong><\/a>, este neurolog si profesor la Universitatea Federala din Sao Paulo, Brazilia. In ultimele doua decenii, el a creat un protocol clinic pentru tratarea bolilor autoimune cu restabilirea nivelurilor sistemice adecvate de vitamina D. Aceasta abordare terapeutica se bazeaza pe doze de vitamina D care variaza \u00eentre 40.000 UI si 300.000 UI pe zi; prin urmare, acesta este un tratament medical care trebuie efectuat intotdeauna sub supravegherea unui medic calificat.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Coimbra a decis sa caute in literatura medicala efectele vitaminei D asupra sistemului imunitar si a gasit un numar semnificativ de lucrari publicate care sustin un rol imunoregulator important al acelei substante puternice, <em><strong>vitamina D<\/strong><\/em>. Deoarece <strong>scleroza multipla<\/strong> este cea mai frecventa boala autoimuna neurologica, el a inceput s\u0103 prescrie vitamina D pacientilor cu scleroza multipla. Acesta a fost inceputul a ceea ce este cunoscut in prezent sub numele de \u201e<strong><em>Protocolul Coimbra<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Totusi si cu doze mai mici, in jur de 10.000 UI \/ zi, Dr. Coimbra a inregistrat o imbunatatire clinica remarcabila la marea majoritate a pacientilor sai.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eVazand c\u0103 pacientii cu scleroza multipla au revenit la o viata normala, tinerii nu mai risca sa mearga orb sau paraplegic, o astfel de experienta ofera o mare satisfactie medicului care le are sub \u00eengrijirea sa. A fost foarte imbucurator pentru mine.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em><strong>Dr. Cicero Coimbra<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Un alt medic care a studiat mult vitamina D este Dr. Sarfraz Zaidi, care a scris si o carte despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sanatate-holistica\/puterea-vitaminei-d-dr-sarfraz-zaidi-pret-oferta_.html\"><strong>Puterea Vitaminei D<\/strong><\/a>. Dr Sarfraz Zaidi este un medic endocrinolog de top din SUA si directorul Centrului Medical de boli endocrine si diabet \u201eJamila\u201d din California.<\/p>\n<p>Tot el a fot printre primii care vorbesc despre importanta vitaminei K pentru mentinerea sanatatii. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vitamina-k\"><strong>Vitamina K<\/strong><\/a> actioneaza impreuna cu Vitamina D pentru pastrarea densitatii osoase, fiind in acelasi timp un ajutor in prevenirea calcifierilor excesive si a depunerilor de calciu pe peretii arterelor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exista_o_legatura_intre_nivelul_de_Vitamina_D_si_Coronavirus\"><\/span><strong>Exista o legatura intre nivelul de Vitamina D si Coronavirus?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Am gasit 2 studii care arata importanta vitaminei D in protectia impotrvia coronavirus:<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassrootshealth.net\/blog\/first-data-published-covid-19-severity-vitamin-d-levels\/?fbclid=IwAR04Ei91FqXnxD-17QoRZUg_FDrXp_gjJ3z1aQYHfNyC1LAKLALqD5ZjyYw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Primul dintre studii referitor la Vitamina D si Coronavirus<\/strong><\/a> arata o legatura directa intre concentratia sangvina de vitamina D si severitatea infectiei cu Coronavirus. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchsquare.com\/article\/rs-21211\/v1?fbclid=IwAR0-tSuIiYWBgP_LuoNfoWrHY_XFNHQ9KLmOFHJYzzvqRqtWmOpb0eOeHv4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>acest studiu referitor la legatura dintre vitamina D si Coronavirus<\/strong><\/a>, autorii concluzioneaza: <strong>consideram ca putem recomanda suplimentarea cu vitamina D ca masura de protectie impotriva infectiei cu coronavrus (COVID-19 sau SARS-CoV2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Care_sunt_simptomele_care_imi_transmit_ca_am_o_carenta_de_vitamina_D_in_corp\"><\/span><strong>Care sunt simptomele care imi transmit ca am o carenta de vitamina D in corp<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Simptomele deficientei de vitamina D pot fi comune si usor de confundat cu alte probleme sau deasemenea pot fi usor de ignorat. Cel mai relevant instrument ramane <strong>analiza de sange a\u00a025-OH-vitamina D<\/strong>, care reflecta cel mai bine nivelul de vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>Nivelul exact al 25-OH vitaminei D (25 hidroxi vitamina D) care reflecta o rezerva optima a organismului este necunoscut si difera de la un medic la altul, de la o parere la alta. Daca insa luam valorile de referinta ale analizei de laborator acestea ne spun urmatoarele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carenta: \u2264 20 ng\/mL<\/li>\n<li>Nivel insuficient: 21-29 ng\/mL<\/li>\n<li>Nivel optim: 30-55.5 ng\/mL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Majoritatea bolnavilor de boli autoimune si cancer au o valoare a 25-OH vitaminei D sub 20. Majoritatea populatiei (70-80%) se incadreaza pana in valoarea 29, mai ales in timpul sezonului rece. Un procent mic din populatie are nivel optim de VItamina D pe tot parcursul anului.<\/p>\n<p>Un deficit usor sau moderat de vitamina D poate fi asociat cu osteoporoza sau hiperparatiroidism secundar. Deficitul sever de vitamina D conduce la insuficienta mineralizarii tesutului osos nou format (osteoidului), avand drept consecinta dezvoltarea rahitismului la copii si a osteomalaciei la adult.<\/p>\n<p>Cum pot sa stiu fara sa imi fac analiza de sanga ca e posibil sa am cantitate de vitamina D insuficienta in organsim sau chiar o carenta de vitamina D?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Care sunt totusi primele semne ale deficitului de vitamina D:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oboseala accentuata<\/li>\n<li>Raceli dese si prelungite care denota o imunitate scazuta<\/li>\n<li>Dureri osoase si articulare<\/li>\n<li>Dureri musulare si oboseala musculara<\/li>\n<li>Depresie si iritabilitate<\/li>\n<li>Afectiuni tiroidiene<\/li>\n<li>Transpiratie excesiva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_perturba_absorbtia_vitaminei_D_in_organism\"><\/span><strong>Ce perturba absorbtia vitaminei D in organism<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Absorbtia vitaminei D poate fi perturbata de anumiti factori pe langa\u00a0expunere insuficienta la soare sau un aport alimentar inadecvat.<\/p>\n<p>Exista anumite afectiuni sau o anumita medicatie care impiedica absorbtia si provoaca un deficit de absorbtie al vitaminei D:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>probleme la nivel digestiv si intestinal: ciroza biliara, sindrom de intestin scurt, insuficienta pancreatica exocrina, boala Crohn, fibroza chistica, sindrom de intestin inflamat, boala celiaca (intoleranta la gluten);<\/li>\n<li>catabolizare (utilizare sau distrugere) crescuta a vitaminei D: in anumite tratamente cu barbiturice, anticonvulsivante si in hiperparatiroidism primar;<\/li>\n<li>pierderi sau eliminare crescuta de vitamina D: in sindrom nefrotic (renal) si dializa peritoneala;<\/li>\n<li>reducerea activit\u0103tii enzimei 25-hidroxilaza hepatica, secundara unor boli hepatice severe sau la varstinici<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deasemenea perturbarea absorbtiei poate fi datorata si unor factori mai personali si subiectivi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fotosensibilitatea<\/li>\n<li>faptul ca unor persoane nu le place sa stea la soare<\/li>\n<li>abuzul de creme cu factor de protectie mare, chiar si la ore fara risc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sunt_vegetarienii_mai_expusi_la_deficit_de_vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>Sunt vegetarienii mai expusi la deficit de vitamina D:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Majoritatea populatiei are un deficit de vitamina D, indiferent de optiunile alimentare. Vitamina D este esentiala pentru stimularea sistemului imunitar, sistem care ne face sa luptam mai eficient impotriva bacteriilor si virusurilor (inclusiv impotriva celor de tip SARS, CORONAVIRUS sau COVID-19).<\/p>\n<p>Vitamina D are in acelasi timp un rol de echilibrare a raspunsului imun fiind un mediator. Vitamina D contribuie la activarea anticorpilor: a celulelor B, a celulelor T si a celulelor prezentatoare de antigen (cele care detecteaza infestatorul bacterie sau virus).<\/p>\n<p>Un aport optim de vitamina D reduce nivelul de citokine inflamatorii (hormoni determinanti ai reactiilor exagerate ale sistemului imunitar). De aici si rolul important in bolile autoimune.<\/p>\n<p>Deasemenea un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/356\/bmj.i6583?fbclid=IwAR0qedVdLlJ-0BFeJq6iCSwBM66OZHl3i3iAnWd4dnbT2__XDCEA3FEVTiI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>metastudiu<\/strong> <\/a>(un studiu al mai multor studii) confirma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/356\/bmj.i6583?fbclid=IwAR0qedVdLlJ-0BFeJq6iCSwBM66OZHl3i3iAnWd4dnbT2__XDCEA3FEVTiI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>rolul important al vitaminei D in prevenirea infectiilor respiratorii acute<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_am_de_facut_daca_suspectez_ca_am_un_deficit_de_vitamina_D\"><\/span><strong>Ce am de facut daca suspectez ca am un deficit de vitamina D?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Primul pas este sa vorbesti cu medicul tau sau sa ceri sfatul unui farmacist experimentat.<\/p>\n<p>Al doilea pas firesc ar fi sa iti faci analiza de sange 25-OH vitamina D este cea mai relevanta.
