Am stat astfel si am analizat cele mai utilizate diete la moda si am ajuns la o concluzie surprinzatoare: <strong>exista cel putin 5 principii sanatoase, comune tuturor dietelor!<\/strong><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_ce_sunt_populare_dietele\"><\/span><strong>De ce sunt populare dietele?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Foarte multi oameni vor sa slabeasca si vor sa o faca<strong> intr-un mod cat mai simplu si cat mai usor<\/strong>. Cei mai multi NU sunt dispusi sa depuna efortul unei schimbari a stilului de viata, cu cele mai bune rezultate pe termen lung. Majoritatea isi doresc un efort de scurta durata, cu rezultate cat mai bune, dar apoi tot ei sunt cei care mira ca dupa slabire apare efectul YOYO, cu o ingrasare si mai accentuata.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Astfel diverse tipuri de diete circula pe internet si devin virale pe retelele de socializare promitand exact ceea ce ne dorim:<strong> slabim mult, fara efort.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Asadar promisiunea unei slabiri rapide si de durata ii face pe multi s\u0103 adopte diverse tipuri de diete, unele chiar drastice, fara sa tina cont de urmarile pe termen lung ale acestora.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nu spunem ca toate dietele sunt rele. De fapt dieta vine din limba greaca, de la dietos, care inseamna stil de viata. Ceea ce ar fi cu adevarat benefic, ar fi adoptarea unui stil de viata sanatos care vine la pachet cu normalizarea greutatii&#8230;..dar care insa necesita efort si consecventa \ud83d\ude12<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_vreau_de_la_o_dieta\"><\/span><strong>Ce vreau de la o dieta?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Intrebarea ramane de fapt care e scopul meu: <strong>sa slabesc repede<\/strong> indiferent de consecinte sau <strong>sa fiu sanatos pe termen lung<\/strong>, impreuna cu o greutate optima.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Raspunsul pare evident, desi majoritatea sunt tentati sa aleaga, in prima faza, prima varianta.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cand suntem tineri vrem sa aratam perfect si sa impresionam&#8230; Iar mai apoi nu ne mai intereseaza sanatatea deloc, alte aspecte devin prioritare si pe noi ne lasam ultimii: copiii, ratele la banca, stresul de la job&#8230; <strong>Si ne intrebam:<\/strong> eu unde mai sunt? &#8230;chiar nu poate fi un echilibru, o cale de mijloc in care sa mai contam si noi !?!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ba da, si tocmai de aceea am gasit cei 5 numitori comuni ai tuturor dietelor si care iti vor da rezultatele optime pe termen lung.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Intre aceste 2 extreme, ale determinarii maxime si a nepasarii exist ao cale de mijloc!<\/div>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-3941 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cele-mai-comune-diete.jpg?resize=1020%2C537&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1020\" height=\"537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cele-mai-comune-diete.jpg?resize=1024%2C539&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cele-mai-comune-diete.jpg?resize=300%2C158&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cele-mai-comune-diete.jpg?resize=768%2C404&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/cele-mai-comune-diete.jpg?w=2000&amp;ssl=1 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Care_sunt_cele_mai_populare_diete_la_moda\"><\/span><strong>Care sunt cele mai populare diete la moda?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>Dietele sunt multe si probabil ca nu le-am cuprins pe toate, insa cu siguranta le-am cuprins pe cele mai importante.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Am studiat cele mai populare diete, respectiv dietele cele mai folosite astazi si am ajuns la concluzia ca toate au \u00een comun cinci principii care sunt sanatoase indiferent de ceea ce faci \u00een rest.<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_ce_diete_am_comparat\"><\/span><strong>Ce ce diete am comparat<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ca s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi oferim o imagine de ansamblu, am comparat mai multe diete:<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dieta_Vegana\"><\/span><strong>Dieta Vegana<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dieta vegan\u0103 exclude complet alimentele de origine animal\u0103, inclusiv carne, lactate, ou\u0103 \u0219i miere. Aceasta se bazeaz\u0103 pe consumul de fructe, legume, cereale, leguminoase, nuci \u0219i semin\u021be. Dieta vegan\u0103 este apreciat\u0103 pentru beneficiile sale etice \u0219i de mediu, \u00eens\u0103 poate necesita suplimentarea cu anumite vitamine, precum <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/vitamina-b12-intre-controverse-si-recomandari\"><strong>vitamina B12<\/strong><\/a>, \u0219i minerale, precum fierul \u0219i calciul, care sunt mai greu de ob\u021binut din surse vegetale.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dieta_raw-vegana\"><\/span><strong>Dieta raw-vegana<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dieta raw-vegan\u0103 este o extensie a veganismului \u0219i promoveaz\u0103 consumul de alimente vegetale crude sau g\u0103tite la temperaturi foarte sc\u0103zute (sub 42\u00b0C), pentru a p\u0103stra enzimele naturale \u0219i nutrien\u021bii din alimente. Aceasta include fructe, legume, nuci, semin\u021be \u0219i leguminoase germinate.
