Practic iti propunem sa eliminam ceea ce este cel mai nociv pentru sanatatea ta!<\/p>\n<p>Majoritatea acestor pasi nu implica un efort foarte mare ci doar vointa din partea ta in a le implementa. Nu mai folosi cuptorul cu microunde<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Toata mancarea trecuta prin cuptorul cu microunde are valoarea nutritiva 0 si poate chiar deveni toxica. Nu ma crezi? Pune o floare pe cuptorul cu microunde si vezi daca rezista mai mult de o saptamana!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Elimina_zaharul_din_toate_alimentele\"><\/span>2. Elimina zaharul din toate alimentele<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Am vorbit <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-e-zaharul-de-toxic-si-ce-indulcitori-naturali-gasim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>pe larg despre zahar in acest articol<\/strong><\/a>, ai acolo toate informatiile necesare ca sa renunti la zahar.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3Nu_mai_folosi_sare_cu_cianura\"><\/span>3.Nu mai folosi sare cu cianura<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Toata sarea comercializata la cantitati mai mari de 500g contine cianura, feroncianura, respectiv este sare cu E535 sau E536. Ferocianura, care peste 100\u00b0C se transforma in cianura, substanta care stii cat este de toxica. Renunta la aceste doze de otrava si foloseste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sare-integrala-fara-iod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>o sare naturala, fara cianura.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Tine_telefonul_mobil_departe_de_cap_pe_timpul_noptii\"><\/span>4. Pune-l deoparte macar pe timpul noptii si lasa creierul sa se relaxeze atunci cand este mai vulnerabil. A mentine telefonul aproape de cap pe timpul noptii este cu adevarat nociv si iti poate afecta neuronii in mod ireversibil<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Elimina_toate_produsele_care_contin_monoglutamat\"><\/span>5. Elimina toate produsele care contin monoglutamat.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Monoglutamatul este o neurotoxina foarte periculoasa, incriminata pentru cele mai de temut maladii ale zilelor noastre: <strong>Alzheimer, <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/boala-parkinson-cauze-simptome-diagnostic-timpuriu-si-tratament-natural\">Parkinson<\/a>, Scleroza multipla<\/strong>. Monoglutamatul este o substanta care da un gust nenatural de bun mancarurilor, care creeaza dependenta, adictie si pofta de mancare crescuta. Renunta din timp si ai grija mai ales la copii tai, ca sa nu le compromiti neuronii si creierul inca de mici!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Elimina_sucurile_acidulate\"><\/span>6. Elimina sucurile acidulate<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Sucurile acidulate, asa cum le spune si numele, acidifica si imbolnavesc organismul. Nu exista nici macar un beneficiu pentru sanatate al acestor produse, doar un gust care creeaza dependenta si doze mari de zahar cu efect nociv. Alege mai bine un suc natural, proaspat stors!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Nu_mai_folosi_la_gatit_ulei_de_floarea_soarelui\"><\/span>7. Nu mai folosi la gatit ulei de floarea soarelui<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Doza zilnica de proinflamatoare este luata de majoritatea populatiei prin administrarea de produse prajite in ulei de floarea soarelui sau care contin grasimi trans. Apoi ne miram ca exista o explozie de boli derivate din inflamatie. Uleiul de floarea soarelui contine un dezechilibru de omega 6 si omega 3, cu mult in favoarea omega 6, ceea ce il face proinflamator. In plus rezistenta lui la prajire este minima, astfel ne alegem cu mai multe rezultate negative dintr-un obicei banal si aparent infoensiv.<\/p>\n<p>Nu, nici uleiul de floarea soarelui presat la rece nu este cu mult mai bun, deci poti renunta si la el!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Nu_mai_folosi_deodorante_cu_aluminiu\"><\/span>8. Nu mai folosi deodorante cu aluminiu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Impreuna cu alti factori enumerati mai sus, aluminiul din deodorante. este cauza asociata pentru boala Alzheimer si Parkinson. Deasemenea nu folosi folia de aluminiu la gatit sau la cuptor! Se elibereaza din ea o cantitate mare de aluminiu pe care ajungi sa o ingeri si care iti va cauza probleme. Iti recomandam sa incerci<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/deodorante-naturale-fara-aluminiu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> deodorante eficiente fara aluminiu<\/strong><\/a>, naturale si sigure.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Renunta_la_tutun_consuma_alcool_cat_mai_rar\"><\/span>9. Renunta la tutun, consuma alcool cat mai rar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tutunul nu are nici un beneficiu pentru sanatate. Da stiu, te simti mai relaxat cand fumezi! Dar este o falsa perceptie. Te-ai apucat de fumat din teribilism si acum ai vrea sa renunti dar nu mai poti. Iti recomand sa citesti <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/vrei-sa-te-lasi-de-fumat-actioneaza-pana-nu-i-prea-tarziu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>acest artcol despre fumat<\/strong><\/a>. Cat de mare trebuie sa scrie pe pachetul de tigari ca tu sa intelegi cu adevarat ca iti face rau?<\/p>\n<p>Nici alcoolul nu-ti face bine, desi unele studii recomanda doze mici de vin rosu. Consuma insa cat mai rar si in cantitati mici.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Renunta_la_sedentarism\"><\/span>10. Renunta la sedentarism<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Din casa in masina, din masina in birou si apoi la final de zi tolanit pe canapea&#8230; asta e miscarea fizica pe care o faci? Atunci sa nu te miri ca esti precum o bomba de toxine care sta sa explodeze precum o soba la care-i infunzi cosul! Sportul pune limfa in miscare, curata sangele, alunga stresul si da o stare de bine.
