Efectele negative pot fi doar fizice insa se pot manifesta si in planurile mentale si emotionale ducand pana la simptome asemanatoare depresiei si anxietatii..<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cauzele_asteniei_de_primavara\"><\/span><strong>Cauzele asteniei de primavara<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p>Astenia de prim\u0103var\u0103 este o stare de oboseal\u0103, letargie \u0219i lips\u0103 de energie care apare adesea la \u00eenceputul prim\u0103verii. Aceast\u0103 afec\u021biune poate fi influen\u021bat\u0103 de mai mul\u021bi factori, iar solu\u021biile naturale pot fi utile pentru a gestiona simptomele. Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva cauze \u0219i solu\u021bii naturale \u00eempotriva asteniei de prim\u0103var\u0103:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Cauzele astenie pot fi diverse, dar cele mai comune sunt<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>carentele de vitamine si\/sau minerale<\/strong> provocate de o alimentatie incompleta pe parcursul sezonului rece<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>dificultatile de adaptare<\/strong> la schimbarea sezonului<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>epuizarea rezervelor<\/strong> organismului &#8211; in special la femei<\/li>\r\n<li>lipsa apetitului sexual<\/li>\r\n<li>dureri de cap si migrene<\/li>\r\n<li>dureri de articulatii (la persoanele mai in varsta)<\/li>\r\n<li>slabiciune musculara<\/li>\r\n<li>fragilitatea unghiilor si caderea parului<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_sfaturi_impotriva_asteniei_de_primavara\"><\/span><strong>3 sfaturi impotriva asteniei de primavara<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este adevarat ca de multe ori astenia, acest tip de oboseala, dispare treptat, pe masura ce ne adaptam la noul sezon, dar exista intotdeauna optiuni pentru a ajuta corpul nostru sa faca tranzitia mult mai rapid si de asemenea, pentru a preveni simptomele deranjante.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Asa cum ne repetam aproape in fiecare articol, una dintre cele mai simple si mai eficiente metode de a aduce starea de bine in orice anotimp si orice situatie este prin intermediul <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"alimentatiei (se deschide \u00eentr-o fil\u0103 nou\u0103)\">alimentatiei<\/a><\/strong>: <strong>un stil de viata sanatos si echilibrat ne asigura toti nutrientii de care avem nevoie si ne influenteaza pozitiv starea de spirit. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dar dorim sa-ti oferim ceva mult mai concret, sfaturi pe care poti sa le aplici imediat:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Consuma_cu_prioritate_fructe_de_padure_si_primele_frunze_care_apar\"><\/span><strong>1.
