zahar din mesteacan<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-14\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-e-zaharul-de-toxic-si-ce-indulcitori-naturali-gasim\/#Eritritolul\" >Eritritolul<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-15\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-e-zaharul-de-toxic-si-ce-indulcitori-naturali-gasim\/#Cat_de_mult_pot_consuma_din_acesti_indulcitori_naturali\" >Cat de mult pot consuma din acesti indulcitori naturali?<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<p>Zaharul este pseudo-aliment (toxic) care e utilizat in nestire si care a devenit unul dintre responsabilii starii deplorabile de sanatate a umanitatii.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa \u201ecalitatile\u201d lui nu putem sa-l numim aliment ci mai degraba otrava, punga sau cutia cu zahar ar trebui sa aiba inscriptii la fel ca si pachetele de tigari si ar trebui ca populatia sa fie avertizata in mod serios cu privire la consumul de zahar.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cat_zahar_mancam\"><\/span><strong>Cat zahar mancam?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Copilaria persoanelor adulte de azi a fost marcata categoric de consumul de zahar in diverse forme si nu s-a stiut pana nu demult ca <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-se-ascunde-zaharul-in-produsele-in-care-nu-te-astepti-sa-l-gasesti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>zaharul<\/strong> <\/a>ar fi chiar atat de nociv, astfel nu este intrat bine in constiinta colectiva nocivitatea acestuia&#8230;alta explicatie nu gasim :(<\/p>\n<p>Nu este de mirare ca la maturitate problemele de sanatate nu au intarziat sa apara la majoritatea: <strong>carii dentare,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/in-loc-sa-strangi-cureaua-o-tot-largesti-afla-ce-e-obezitatea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>supraponderabilitate<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ficatul-fabrica-pe-care-nu-putem-pune-lacatul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>colesterol marit<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>boli de inima, diabet zaharat, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sistem-nervos-ochi-si-urechi\/periferisan-30cps-zdrovit-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">distrugerea nervilor periferici<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0si chiar <strong>epidemia de cancer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In ciuda efectelor dezastruoase ale zaharului asupra sanatatii, in prezent se consuma cu aproape <strong>50% mai mult zahar fata de acum 30 de ani!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Copiii de astazi sunt si mai expusi consumului de zahar, dulciurile sunt o prezenta permanenta in casele noastre, rafturile supermarket-urilor ofera spatii generoase si culori imbietoare pentru produsele cu zahar. Statisticile asupra consumului de zahar sunt socante: un american consuma in medie, 59 de kilograme de zahar pe an. Astfel, un adult poate ajunge sa consume nu mai putin de 50 de lingurite de zahar pe zi, toata aceasta cantitate fiind \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-se-ascunde-zaharul-in-produsele-in-care-nu-te-astepti-sa-l-gasesti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ascunsa<\/strong><\/a>\u201d inclusiv in produsele alimentare obisnuite.<\/p>\n<p>Fara sa luam in considerare produsele care stim sigur ca au zahar in compozitie (sucuri, prajituri, ciocolata),\u00a0<strong>Zaharul este adaugat si \u201e<a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-se-ascunde-zaharul-in-produsele-in-care-nu-te-astepti-sa-l-gasesti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ascuns<\/a>\u201d<\/strong> in o gramada de produse pe care le-am considera de principiu fara zahar: mezeluri, mustar, sosuri, condimente, etc. Deci daca nu consumi deloc sucuri, dulciuri si zahar in mod direct, tot vei ajunge sa-l consumi in mod indirect.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dar_de_ce_se_adauga_zaharul_in_atatea_preparate\"><\/span><strong>Dar de ce se adauga zaharul in atatea preparate?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Zaharul<\/strong>, pe langa faptul ca este dulce si bun la gust\u00a0este si un <strong>potentiator de aroma<\/strong> si <strong>creeaza dependenta<\/strong> printr-un <strong>mecanism similar cocainei<\/strong>. Noi devenim dependenti la propriu de produsele in care se adauga zahar. Consumul acestor alimente creste iar producatorii sunt fericiti. Sanatatea noastra are insa de suferit si renuntarea la zahar creeeaza efectiv <strong>sindorm de sevraj<\/strong> marcat printr-o pofta extraordinara de dulce, agitatie si irascibilitate.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta pofta, neconstientizata si datorita faptului ca nu i se cunoaste mecanismul, duce la un consum si mai mare de zahar si la declansarea multiplelor boli asociate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3149 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg?resize=840%2C530&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"actiunea zaharului si cocoainei asupra creierului uman\" width=\"840\" height=\"530\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg?w=840&amp;ssl=1 840w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg?resize=300%2C189&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg?resize=768%2C485&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/dependenta-de-zahar-si-cocaina.jpg?resize=640%2C404&amp;ssl=1 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Desi cocaina este un drog de mare risc, cu efecte grave asupra sanatatii, iar consumul ei este pedepsit drastic, zaharul alb face mai multe victime decat cocaina.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_efecte_nocive_are_zaharul_asupra_sanatatii\"><\/span><strong>Ce efecte nocive are zaharul asupra sanatatii:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>zaharul ingrasa<\/li>\n<li>zaharul creeaza dependenta printr-un mecanism similar cocainei<\/li>\n<li>zaharul imbolnaveste pancreasul si provoaca diabet zaharat<\/li>\n<li>zaharul scade imunitatea<\/li>\n<li>zaharul carenteaza organismul, consumand minerale folositoare<\/li>\n<li>zaharul acidifiaza organismul, favorizand instalarea bolilor<\/li>\n<li>zaharul favorizeaza dezvoltarea celulelor canceroase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prin efectele secundare pe care le are, zaharul ar trebui clasat in aceeasi grupa de risc cu: tutunul, alcoolul si drogurile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi se pare o aberatie? nepotrivit?<\/p>\n<p>Atunci sa nu ne mai miram ca suntem bolnavi, ca 95% din persoanele de 50 de ani au o boala cronica si ca 1 din 3 persoane dezvolta o forma de cancer, si exemplele pot continua.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Clasicul zahar alb nu este singurul indulcitor periculos. <\/strong>In aceeasi categorie intra toti indulcitorii artificiali care sunt chiar mai nocivi decat zaharul dar nu sunt la fel de utilizati. Desi avem o lista variata de denumiri, in esenta este vorba de cateva produse. Mai multe denumiri reflecta acelasi ingredient sau cu mici variatii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zahar = Zahar alb, Zahar brun, Zahar brut, Zahar nerafinat,\u00a0Sucroza, Zaharoza,\u00a0Dextroza, Zahar invertit<\/li>\n<li>Sirop de porumb = sirop de porumb cu un continut inalt de fructoza (HFC),\u00a0Sirop de malt, sirop de fructoza,<\/li>\n<li>Fructoza;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15.2015px;\">Glucoza;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Sorbitol;<\/li>\n<li>Maltoza;<\/li>\n<li>Lactoza;<\/li>\n<li>Aspartam;<\/li>\n<li>Indulcitori artificiali toxici si cancerigeni: Zaharina, Ciclamatul de sodiu, Acesulfam k, Aspartamul, Sucraloza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cu_ce_inlocuim_zaharul_Indulcitori_naturali\"><\/span><strong>Cu ce inlocuim zaharul? Indulcitori naturali!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Daca zaharul face ravagii cu sanatatea ce alternative sanatoase avem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trebuie spus din capul locului ca gustul zaharului creeaza dependenta si are o amprenta foarte puternica pentru papilele gustative. De aceea, orice alternativa vom alege, aceasta nu va inlocui gustul zaharului si nici nu va stinge pofta de dulce din \u201esindromul de sevraj\u201d al zaharului.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Lasa un copil sa manance zahar si va manca 1kg fara oprire, da-i sa manance aceeasi cantitate de miere si se va opri dupa vreo 5 lingurite!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cu timpul insa, perseverenta va da rezultate!
