Nivelul tau de stres e direct proportional cu numarul de task-uri deschise iar asta te epuizeaza mental.<\/p>\n<p>Desi pare paradoxal, nu de efort fizic trebuie sa ne ferim <strong>ci de sedentarism<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii (OMS) a dat publicitatii un studiu care arata ca persoanele cu varste intre 24 si 45 de ani, care au joburi statice, sunt cele mai afectate de oboseala.<\/p>\n<p>Oboseala, apatia, letargia sau lipsa de energie care duc la stari de nervozitate sunt efectele unui stil de viata asa-zis modern. Munca la birou, lipsa miscarii, activitatile virtuale \u201erecreative&#8221; sunt doar cativa factori care genereaza starea de oboseala fizica si psihica.<\/p>\n<p>Nu exista contexte in care sa nu auzi astazi macar o persoana care se plange de aceste simptome.<\/p>\n<p>Pe termen lung, neglijate, acestea pot duce la boli greu de gestionat. Afectarea mentala prin surmenaj si suprasolicitare se poate traduce in numeroase boli in plan fizic. De aceea si in acest caz, cel mai bine este sa prevenim decat sa ajungem sa tratam.<\/p>\n<p>Corpul uman a fost creat sa functioneze normal, alternand perioadele de munca cu cele de odihna. Sa nu uitam ca in ziua a saptea si Dumnezeu s-a odihnit, poate tocmai pentru a ne oferi un exemplu bun si un echilibru sanatos intre munca si odihna. La cel mai mic semn de oboseala, fa o pauza scurta!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Vei vedea ca randamentul este altul atunci cand faci o pauza de 10-15 minute in care sa nu faci altceva decat sa iti odihnesti ochii si mintea. Din pacate, acelasi stil de viata modern ne fura orice clipa de potentiala pauza, oferindu-ne \u201erelaxare virtuala\u201d. O mare capacana a societatii moderne este virtualizarea a tot ce ne inconjara. Nu ne este straina situatia in care pauzele noastre se duc pe facebook sau alte retele de socializare, in felul acesta ne intoarcem la munca mai agitati decat ne-am dus in pauza. Asadar pauza sa fie pauza, oprire, sau altfel spus shut down!<\/p>\n<p>Mai degraba suna un prieten, citeste 5 pagini dintr-o carte interesanta, priveste cerul sau un pom, urmareste-ti respiratia cum intra si iese aerul din corp, asculta-ti bataile inimii, etc.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"II_Nu_fa_multi-tasking\"><\/span><strong>II. Nu fa multi-tasking!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Desi multi dintre nou consideram ca putem face mai multe in acelasi timp, nu iti recomand asta. Chiar si cele mai eficiente persoane si reduc randamentul cu 20-30% prin multi-tasking.<\/p>\n<p>Iti recomand in schimb <strong>tehnica Pomodoro<\/strong>. Ce inseamna asta? Inseamna sa iti aloci intervale regulate pentru un sigur task, o singura actiune. Inseamna sa te focusezi (concentrezi) cate 25 de minute pe un singur lucru, fara intreruperi, fara notificari, fara altceva. Dupa 25 de minute ai 5 minute pauza, obligatoriu.<\/p>\n<p>Apoi reiei alte 25 de minute cu alta activitate.<\/p>\n<p>Dupa 4 intervale de 25 de minute cu 5 minute pauza, ai-ti o pauza mai lunga, de 10-15 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Alternand astfel focusul cu pauzele poti rezolva cu usurinta 10 task-uri in 8 ore de munca, cu mult mai mult decat o faceai in mod regulat.<\/p>\n<p>Crede-ma, merita sa incerci asta!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tehnica Pomodoro este cel mai bun mod de a evita multi-tasking-ul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"III_Ceea_ce_introducem_in_organism_sub_forma_de_alimente_genereaza_energie\"><\/span><strong>III. Ceea ce introducem in organism sub forma de <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/omul-si-hrana-sa-alimentatia-ideala-a-omului-modern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alimente<\/a> genereaza energie? <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Combinand corect alimentele vei obtine energie, combinandu-le insa incorect te vei simti mai obosit.<\/p>\n<p>De cate ori ai auzit vorba: \u201e<em><strong>fie omul cat de mic, dupa masa doarme un pic<\/strong><\/em>\u201d.
