Expunere prelungita la stres:<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-6\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-putem-sa-avem-un-corp-sanatos-puternic-si-frumos\/#3Lipsa_de_odihna\" >3.Lipsa de odihna:<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-7\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-putem-sa-avem-un-corp-sanatos-puternic-si-frumos\/#4Lipsa_activitatii_fizice\" >4.Lipsa activitatii fizice:<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-8\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-putem-sa-avem-un-corp-sanatos-puternic-si-frumos\/#10_TASK-URI_ZILNICE_PENTRU_UN_CORP_SANATOS_PUTERNIC_SI_FRUMOS\" >10 TASK-URI ZILNICE PENTRU UN\u00a0CORP SANATOS, PUTERNIC SI FRUMOS<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\r\n<p>Cu totii ne dorim sa fim sanatosi si sa aratam bine :) cu toate astea nu acordam deloc importanta cuvenita acestor aspecte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Atitudinea fata de noi insine si constientizarea actiunilor noastre sunt cele mai importante aspecte pentru o viata sanatoasa.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Noi, ca oameni, suntem impartiti in 2 categorii cand vine vorba de sanatate si nu numai:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>unii fugim mai mult de durere<\/li>\r\n<li>altii alergam mai mult dupa placere<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Astfel:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>pe unii ne motiveaza frica de boala, <\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>pe altii ne motiveaza dorinta de a fi mereu sanatosi!<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dar uneori, nici unii, nici altii, nu gandim in perspectiva, pe termen lung, ci cadem in ispita placerilor de moment: o prajitura frumos colorata, un pahar de alcool in plus, un serial la televizor in loc de 1 ora de sport, o jignire la suparare in loc de o vorba buna, etc. Toate astea pot avea un efect nesemnificativ pe termen scurt, dar un impact major pe termen lung.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ne place sa spunem ca: <strong>Ce nu e sanatos sa faci toata viata, nu e sanatos sa faci deloc!<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Putem sa fim mai sanatosi in primul rand prin hrana noastra de zi cu zi si prin atitudinea noastra fata de ea!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si putem sa aratam mai bine prin importanta pe care o acordam sportului si efortului fizic. Avem nevoie de o atentie sporita si de o dedicare pentru ca sa nu fim sedentari si pentru ca sa fim atenti si constienti de ce introducem in organismul nostru, altfel putem \u201ecadea foarte usor in plasele\u201d statului ore in sir in fata ecranului sau a ambalajelor frumos colorate din comert, pline de susbstante nepotrivite, artificiale si nesanatoase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Distrugerea_corpului_a_sanatatii_si_a_metabolismelor_complexe_din_interiorul_lui_se_face_cel_mai_frecvent_prin_4_greseli\"><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Distrugerea corpului<\/strong><\/a>, a sanatatii si a metabolismelor complexe din interiorul lui se face cel mai\u00a0frecvent prin 4 greseli:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Alimentatia nesanatoasa<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Expunere prelungita la stres<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Lipsa de odihna<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Lipsa activitatii fizice<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1Alimentatia_nesanatoasa\"><\/span><strong>1.Alimentatia nesanatoasa:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/alimente-integrale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Alimentatia<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>este foarte importanta pentru om, este \u201e<strong>combustibilul<\/strong>\u201d lui de zi cu zi si reprezinta \u201e<strong>caramizile<\/strong>\u201d din care este construit, de aceea este necesar sa-i dam ce-i mai bun. Dar ce e <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/omul-si-hrana-sa-alimentatia-ideala-a-omului-modern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cel mai bun<\/strong><\/a>?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Multi oameni prin <strong>bun<\/strong> inteleg mancare tip fast-food, <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-de-sanatos-e-un-gratar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>gratare<\/strong><\/a>, chipsuri, sucuri carbogazoase, <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/paine-alba-si-pufoasa-sau-paine-neagra-si-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>faina alba<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-e-zaharul-de-toxic-si-ce-indulcitori-naturali-gasim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>zahar<\/strong> <\/a>si multe alte produse bogate in <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/reclama-sufletul-comertului-sau-capul-rautatilor-cereale-gustoase-si-aratoase-sau-cerealele-integrale-si-sanatoase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>E-uri<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Problema este ca prin aceste produse noi\u00a0distrugem corpul in loc sa-l intarim.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>O alimentatie sanatoasa consta din ceea ce are nevoie corpul pentru a\u00a0se dezvolta armonios si pentru a-l feri de numeroasele boli tot mai frecvente, cum ar fi: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/antitumorale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cancerul<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/diabet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>diabetul<\/strong><\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sistem-nervos-ochi-si-urechi\/periferisan-30cps-zdrovit-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>neuropatia diabetica<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/hipertensiune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hipertensiune<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/guta-si-hiperuricemie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guta<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/tiroida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>tiroida<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/colesterol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>colesterol<\/strong> <\/a>si multe altele.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_insemna_alimentatie_sanatoasa\"><\/span><strong>Ce insemna alimentatie sanatoasa?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pe blogul nostru gasesti multe articole referitoare la alimentatie si trimiteri catre alimentatie in mai toate articolele, cu toate astea o sa enumeram pe scurt <strong>principiul esential al alimentatiei sanatoase<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Consuma <strong>fructe si legume<\/strong> in stare cat mai proaspata si naturala, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/cereale-musli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cereale integrale<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/alimente-de-baza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>leguminoase<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>seminte<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/nuci-si-alune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>nuci<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0Pe scurt ceea ce ne\u00a0ofera natura si nu ne cere nimic in schimb.\u00a0Proportia de hrana vie, cruda din alimentatia ta e bine sa fie de minim 50%. Fi atent(a) ca sa ai mese regulate si sa te ridici de la masa cand inca nu esi <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/stomacul-nu-are-dinti-rolul-masticatiei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>supra-satul(a)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Asta pe scurt&#8230;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Expunere_prelungita_la_stres\"><\/span><strong>2. Expunere prelungita la stres:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Stresul este un cuvant comun pe care toti il folosim. <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/10-motive-pentru-care-stresul-e-o-toxina-periculoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Stresul este o toxina periculoasa<\/strong><\/a> pentru ca suprasolicita organismul si il epuizeaza, ca un motor care merge mereu turat la maximum. Astfel apar \u201edefectiuni\u201d, boli care sunt tot mai frecvente. Mai multe despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/stres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>stres<\/strong> <\/a>poti citi in <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/10-motive-pentru-care-stresul-e-o-toxina-periculoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>acest articol<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Folosim atat de des cuvantul \u201estres\u201d incat a ajuns sa para o banalitate, insa este un factor de importanta majora pentru sanatatea noastra.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3Lipsa_de_odihna\"><\/span><strong>3.Lipsa de odihna:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Majoritatea oamenilor sunt mereu obositi si asta din mai multe motive:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>ciclul somn veghe nu este corect: <strong>se culca prea tarziu, se trezesc prea tarziu<\/strong> (nu e greseala, se trezesc mult prea tarziu)<\/li>\r\n<li>se uita seara la televizor, pe tableta sau pe telefon (generatori de lumina albastra care inhiba secretia de melatonina)<\/li>\r\n<li>mananca prea tarziu si combina incorect alimentele<\/li>\r\n<li>fac prea putin efort fizic<\/li>\r\n<li>sunt prea stresati la locul de munca si nu se pot elibera de stres cand ajung acasa<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Desi recomandarile principale sunt putin mai jos, <strong>ca sa fi mai odihnit(a)<\/strong> nu e nevoie decat sa inversezi cele de mai sus:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>sa te culci mai devreme si sa te trezesti mai devreme<\/li>\r\n<li>seara inainte de culcare sa citesti o carte in loc sa stai pe telefon<\/li>\r\n<li>sa ai o <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>alimentatie sanatoasa<\/strong><\/a> si sa nu mai mananci nimic cu minim 3 ore inainte de culcare<\/li>\r\n<li>sa faci zilnic efort fizic<\/li>\r\n<li>sa te eliberezi de stres, sportul, cititul si timpul petrecut cu cei dragi te vor ajuta foarte mult<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4Lipsa_activitatii_fizice\"><\/span><strong>4.Lipsa activitatii fizice:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Majoritatea oamenilor sunt sedentari, nu isi folosesc muschi, nu isi pun limfa in miscare, nu elimina toxinele si astfel apar bolile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Despre <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cauza bolilor<\/strong><\/a> am vorbit si in <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>acest articol<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Desi salile de sport par tot mai pline si la evenimentele sportive pt amatori participa tot mai multa lume, adevarul este ca procentul celor care fac sport cu regularitate este sub 5% din populatie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Daca te incadrezi si tu in cei 95% care fac sport doar \u201eocazional\u201d si daca cele pe care le-am enumerat mai sus, prin cele 4 greseli frecvente, iti par cunoscute, ar fi bine sa-ti revizuiesti calendarul zilnic, iar propunerile noastre de mai jos iti vor veni la fix!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_TASK-URI_ZILNICE_PENTRU_UN_CORP_SANATOS_PUTERNIC_SI_FRUMOS\"><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>10 TASK-URI ZILNICE PENTRU UN\u00a0CORP SANATOS, PUTERNIC SI FRUMOS<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1020\" height=\"453\" class=\"wp-image-2994\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa-1024x455.jpg?resize=1020%2C453\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa.jpg?resize=1024%2C455&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa.jpg?resize=300%2C133&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa.jpg?resize=768%2C341&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/viata-sanatoasa.jpg?w=1800&amp;ssl=1 1800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Am vorbit despre cauze, dar sa vedem si solutii.
