Dar de ce nu au acelasi gust?\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In acelasi timp ai auzit tu undeva ca alea mai \u201eurate si zbarcite\u201d, de la o babuta din piata sunt mai bune&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Cu toate acestea de fiecare data le cumperi pe cele care arata cel mai bine! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ochii vad, inima cere&#8230; dar mintea ce spune?<\/p>\n<p>Sper sa te ajutam cu acest articol sa intelegi care sunt cele mai bune alegeri atunci cand vine vorba de fructe si legume:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stii_care_este_diferenta_dintre_un_fruct_sau_o_leguma_care_creste_in_salbaticie_si_o_planta_care_creste_in_sistem_intensiv\"><\/span><strong>Stii care este diferenta dintre un fruct sau o leguma care creste in salbaticie si o planta care creste in sistem intensiv?\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Intre o planta care creste in voia lui Dumnezeu si o planta de care avem noi \u201emare\u201d grija?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planta crescuta in salbaticie<\/strong> este influentata doar de factorii de mediu, ea duce o <strong>lupta de supravietuire<\/strong> cu pradatorii si este in concurenta cu alte plante care vor si ele sa se dezvolte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Din aceasta \u201elupta\u201d se nasc substante care o protejeaza<\/strong> de astfel de factori si care ne sunt benefice noua.\u00a0<strong>Aceste substante<\/strong> sunt cele care sunt foarte apreciate in diverse plante:<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/antioxidanti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">antioxidanti<\/a>, taninuri, antociani, enizme, anumite vitamine<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ele reprezinta armele de lupta si muschii plantelor. <strong>Gustul<\/strong> intens, aromat si placut al plantelor este dat tot de astfel de substante.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Pe de alta parte <strong>o\u00a0planta dintr-o sera<\/strong>\u00a0creste dupa placul celor care o cultiva, nu duce o lupta cu nimeni pentru ca omul o ingrijeste. Omul o ajuta sa se dezvolte frumos si puternic si in acelasi timp o \u201estropeste\u201d cu diverse substante ca sa o apere de daunatori.<\/p>\n<p>De multe ori asta nu e suficient si planta este \u201emodificata\u201d pentru a da o productie mai mare sau pentru alte scopuri.<\/p>\n<p>Toate aceste actiuni scad proprietatile nutritive ale acelei plante, rodul ei devenind mai putin hranitor pentru noi.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_cate_ori_am_cumparat_un_fruct_sau_o_leguma_chiar_si_BIO_si_ni_s-a_parut_ca_nu_are_gust\"><\/span><strong>De cate ori am cumparat un fruct sau o leguma, chiar si BIO, si ni s-a parut ca nu are gust?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Acolo stim sigur ca interventia omului a fost mult prea mare si fructul sau leguma respectiva nu ne aduce prea multe beneficii!<\/p>\n<p>In cresterea fructelor si legumelor intervine si omul\u00a0si aici apare o problema. Omul intervine nenatural pentru a dezvolta fructul si leguma cat mai repede si cat mai frumos adauga tot felul de chimicale si acest lucru le distruge bunatatea, le scade valoarea nutritiva dar ne distruge si noua corpul nostru.<\/p>\n<p>Se recomanda consumarea acelor fructe si legume care sunt in sezon.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cu_cat_gustul_alimentului_natural_este_mai_fad_cu_atat_proprietatile_lui_nutritive_sunt_mai_mici\"><\/span><strong>Cu cat gustul alimentului natural este mai fad, cu atat proprietatile lui nutritive sunt mai mici!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sa luam exemplul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/fructe-liofilizate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fructelor de padure<\/a><\/strong>: acelea care cresc in salbaticie, in \u201ecreierii muntilor\u201d, au un gust si o culoare mult mai intensa decat cele din crescatorii.<\/p>\n<p>Cu totii ati vazut in ultima perioade <strong>afine<\/strong> pe rafturile supermarketurilor.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste afine sunt mari cat un bob de strugure, au culoare translucida (la interior) si un gust slab.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse\/fructe-uscate\/afine-uscate-125g-obio-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Afinele de padure<\/strong><\/a> in schimb sunt mult mai gustoase si hranitoare, sunt mici, mov-negre (si la interior), acrisoare si au o culoare intensa care pateaza imediat &#8230;si definitiv!<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca o afina de padure este si de 10 ori mai mica decat o afina de crescatorie, c<strong>antitatea de substante benefice din ea este de zeci de ori mai mare<\/strong> decat in cea de crescatorie. Astfel aceste fructe de padure sunt de fapt <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/superalimente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">superalimente<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/afine-de-padeure-vs-afine-de-crescatorie.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2838\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/afine-de-padeure-vs-afine-de-crescatorie.jpg?resize=592%2C392\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/afine-de-padeure-vs-afine-de-crescatorie.jpg?w=592&amp;ssl=1 592w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/afine-de-padeure-vs-afine-de-crescatorie.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 592px) 100vw, 592px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cu cat intervenim mai mult asupra unei plante cu atat ea va contine mai putine substante benefice pentru noi.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar daca o planta de crescatorie sau fructul ei pare mai frumoasa, nu inseamna ca este mai benefica pentru noi.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Care_este_importanta_fructelor_si_legumelor_in_sanatatea_noastra\"><\/span><strong>Care este importanta fructelor si legumelor in sanatatea noastra?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fructele si legumele sunt foarte importante pentru <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-pot-sa-mananc-sanatos-si-gustos-de-sarbatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sanatatea<\/a> noastra<\/strong> si reprezinta baza alimentatiei noastre. Ponderea de legume si fructe, crude si poraspete in hrana noastra zilnica ar fi bine sa fie de minim 50%, astfel nu neglijati rolul lor si nu le taiati de pe lista din diverse frici.<\/p>\n<p>Daca e sa vorbim de pesticide si ingrasaminte, orice am alege din comert le contin, iar carnea si produsele animale sunt si mai bogate in ele pentru ca animalele le bioacumuleaza!<\/p>\n<p>Putem alege BIO, ECO sau ORGANIC, dar nu este inca suficient de raspandita ca sa fie cu adevarat o optiune in fiecare caz.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2848\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb-1024x538.jpg?resize=860%2C452\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb.jpg?resize=1024%2C538&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb.jpg?resize=300%2C158&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb.jpg?resize=768%2C403&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/conventional-vs-organic-farming-fb.jpg?w=1200&amp;ssl=1 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 860px) 100vw, 860px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alegeme_ECO_%E2%80%93_BIO_ORGANIC_sau_CONVENTIONAL\"><\/span><strong>Alegeme ECO &#8211; BIO, ORGANIC sau CONVENTIONAL?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Desi ECO si BIO suna bine, suntem adeptii agriculturii conventionale, <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/bunicii-si-strabunicii-nostri-erau-mai-sanatosi-afla-secretul-stramosesc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stramosesti<\/a>.<\/strong> Legumele si fructele crescute prin metode conventionale sunt mai hranitoare si mai bogate in substante nutritive.<\/p>\n<p>O strategie nationala de dezvoltare ar fi bine sa considere o prioritate si sa sustina metodele clasice si conventionale de agricultura, pentru ca ele sunt cele care impresioneaza o intreaga lume si in acelasi timp ofera nutrientii pentru o sanatate deplina.<\/p>\n<p>Dar in acelasi timp o agricultura conventionala, e mai usor de transformat in una BIO sau ORGANICA.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4518\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/BIO-ECO-Minunea-Naturii-Farm.-Anca-Ienin-consultant-in-nutritie-si-sanatate.jpg?resize=941%2C651&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"941\" height=\"651\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/BIO-ECO-Minunea-Naturii-Farm.-Anca-Ienin-consultant-in-nutritie-si-sanatate.jpg?w=941&amp;ssl=1 941w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/BIO-ECO-Minunea-Naturii-Farm.-Anca-Ienin-consultant-in-nutritie-si-sanatate.jpg?resize=300%2C208&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/BIO-ECO-Minunea-Naturii-Farm.-Anca-Ienin-consultant-in-nutritie-si-sanatate.jpg?resize=768%2C531&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 941px) 100vw, 941px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluzionand<\/strong>, alegeti acele fructe si legume crescute cat mai natural, care au un miros puternic si caracteristic, gust intens si delicios, pentru ca astfel si proprietatile nutritive vor fi optime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dar sa nu uitam:<\/strong> decat sa nu mancam deloc fructe sau legume, mai bine le mancam si pe cele de crescatorie! &#8230;dar daca putem alege, sa alegem cu mintea nu cu ochii!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
