Stresul excesiv la care suntem supusi zi de zi, alimentatia deficitara in elemente nutritive, lipsa de activitate fizica, devalorizarile la care ne impinge societatea dar si utilizarea excesiva a retelelor sociale sunt factorii principali care duc la explozia cazurile de depresie si anxietate.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste afectiuni sunt o combinatie de simptome strict psihologice dar si dereglari ale organismului. De multe ori ele se suprapun si produc simptomele specifice depresiei sau anxietatii. Ca farmacisti observam si noi tot mai multe persoane care sufera intr-o masura mai mica sau mai mare de astfel de simptome asociate depresiei sau anxietatii. Observam oamenii mai tristi, mai tematori si fara o vitalitate specifica oamenilor sanatosi.<\/p>\n<p>Desi cu totii trecem pe parcursul vietii prin situatii care ne afecteaza emotional si putem spune ca avem simptome depresive, acestea sunt normale pana la un moment dat. Apoi ele e nevoie sa fie tratate cu seriozitate si necesita o terapie imediata. Afectiunile psihologice nu sunt deloc de neglijat deoarece ele pot fi radacina unor afectiuni mult mai grave: infarct, accident vascular cerebral, diverse forme de cancer, etc.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Care_este_diferenta_dintre_depresie_si_anxietate\"><\/span><strong>Care este diferenta dintre depresie si anxietate?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><strong>Daca esti deprimat traiesti in trecut, daca esti anxios traiesti in viitor, daca ai liniste si pace traiesti in prezent! Simptomele anxietatii:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>O persoana anxioasa are mai multe simptome caracteristice care se manifesta cu o frecventa mai mica sau mai mare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>prezinta ingrijorari excesive si aparent nefondate<\/li>\n<li>are teama de incertitudine, de ce ar putea sa se intample<\/li>\n<li>are sentimentele de neliniste, iritabilitate, agitatie, nerabdare<\/li>\n<li>acestea sunt asociate adesea cu simptome specifice, fizice: nod in gat, <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ma-doare-capul-cauzele-migrenelor-si-tratamente-naturale\/\"><strong>dureri de cap<\/strong><\/a>, dureri de stomac si alte simptome gastrointestinale, cresterea ritmului cardiac, tensiune musculara, ameteala, transpiratie excesiva.<\/li>\n<li>nu isi poate controla ingrijorarea sau anxietatea si se concentreaza greu pe alte sarcini, astfel poate scadea performanta la locul de munca, la scoal\u0103, la facultate etc.<\/li>\n<li>diferite forme de panica, fobiile si atacurile de panica sunt tot<em><strong> tipuri de anxietate<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_se_manifesta_depresia_Simptomele_depresiei\"><\/span><strong>Cum se manifesta depresia? Simptomele depresiei:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Depresia este o boala care tine de <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/10-motive-pentru-care-stresul-e-o-toxina-periculoasa\/\"><strong>psihicul nostru<\/strong><\/a>. Fiind supusi unor presiuni pe termen lung, gasindu-ne in situatii aparent fara iesire, vazandu-ne fara ajutor, gandurile de neputinta ajung sa ne controleze mintea conducand la un comportament care implica retragere si lipsa de actiune. Pentru persoana afectata de depresie, este mult mai greu sa realizeze ca are de-a face cu instalarea unei boli, decat daca sa zicem ar fi afectata de o raceala sau o durere articulara.\u00a0 Atunci cand ne doare ceva apelam imediat la medic, in schimb atunci cand suntem <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/esti-meteo-sensibil-deprimat-sau-nu-ai-somn-e-vremea-ceaiurilor-calde-cu-efect-terapeutic\/\"><strong>tristi<\/strong> <\/a>pentru o perioada lunga de timp, sau cand avem ganduri negre zilnic, nu ne trece prin cap sa stam de vorba cu un specialist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum se manifesta depresia in organismul nostru, ce simptome putem observa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>energia si pofta de viata scade semnificativ si pacientul resimte o oboseala permanenta, o astenia marcata<\/li>\n<li>lipsa de interes pentru lucrurile care de obicei ii facea placere<\/li>\n<li>sentiment de vinovatie excesiv<\/li>\n<li>capacitatea de concentrare scade, increderea in sine dispare si se instaleaza o viziune negativa, pesimista asupra viitorului<\/li>\n<li>apar insomnii si tulburari de somn<\/li>\n<li>pofta de mancare scade si poate duce si la o scaderea semnificativa in greutate<\/li>\n<li>in cazuri mai severe apar idei de suicid sau acte de autovatamare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Foare dese sunt si maifestarile somatice ale depresiei, a caror cauza pare incerta pentru pacient:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cefalee &#8211; durere de cap<\/li>\n<li>ameteli si neclaritate mentala<\/li>\n<li>dureri de stomac si manifestari gastrointestinale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2715 size-full alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-20195_960_720.jpg?resize=960%2C635&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"635\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-20195_960_720.jpg?w=960&amp;ssl=1 960w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-20195_960_720.jpg?resize=300%2C198&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-20195_960_720.jpg?resize=768%2C508&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Depresia_dusmanul_tacut_care_nu_te_lasa_sa_traiesti\"><\/span><strong>Depresia, dusmanul tacut care nu te lasa sa traiesti<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>In Occident nu exista convingerea ca depresia este egala cu nebunia asa cum din pacate, in tara noastra inca persista aceasta idee.\u00a0<\/strong>Nu spunem ca este normal sa ai depresie ci este doar normal sa accepti asta si sa cauti o solutie de tratament. La noi in tara, inca exista oameni care intra la psiholog pe usa din dos, de frica sa nu fie catalogati drept nebuni. Inca vin oameni in farmacie care evita sa spuna toate simptomele pe care le au si fac astfel mai dificila recomandarea celui mai potrivit remediu.<\/p>\n<p>In Romania inca nu avem puterea de a recunoaste deschis simptomele depresiei si de a actiona la timp. Rusinea care insoteste banuiala de a avea aceasta boala, ii face pe unii oameni sa nu apeleze la psiholog. Acest lucru inrautateste starea bolnavului care poate duce la complicatii pe termen lung. Ca orice alta boala, cu cat este mai repede diagnosticata, cu atat mai repede se vindeca.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diferenta_intre_a_avea_depresie_si_a_te_simti_deprimat\"><\/span><strong>Diferenta intre a avea depresie si a te simti deprimat:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fiecare dintre noi la un moment dat ne simtim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse\/depresie-anxietate\/anxin-20cps-plantextrakt-pret-oferta_.html\"><strong>deprimati<\/strong><\/a> din cauza unei note proaste, a unui esec la locul de munca, dupa o cearta cu cineva, sau chiar in timpul unei zile ploioase. Sentimentul de tristete este normal in asemenea situatii devreme ce suntem fiinte care au emotii. Aceste sentimente de tristete apar uneori fara sa stim de ce, apoi, circumstantele se schimba si noi revenim la sentimente mai bune. Acesta poate fi unul din momentele in care ne simtim deprimati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spre deosebire de acesta, depresia ca boala se manifesta altfel, asa cum am vazut mai sus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ca si perioada de timp, depresia dureaza cel putin doua saptamani consecutive, afecteaza capacitatea de munca, pofta de joaca sau de iubire. Printre simptome putem identifica: apatia, pierderea interesului pentru lucrurile care altadata iti faceau placere, lipsa poftei de mancare, invinovatirea sau sentimentul lipsei de valoare ca individ. Aceste simptome alterneaza cu <strong>lipsa de somn<\/strong> sau excesul de somn, care afecteaza la randu-i <strong>concentrarea<\/strong> si performanta la locul de munca.<\/p>\n<p>Daca identifici la tine sau la o persoana apropiata aceste simptome, nu ezita sa ceri ajutor!\u00a0In tratarea depresiei, cel mai important lucru este<strong> identificarea corecta a simptomelor<\/strong>. <strong>Depresia netratata duce la inrautatirea starii de sanatate si uneori in faze acute chiar la suicid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2932 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-quotes-pictures-1-1.jpg?resize=513%2C312&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"513\" height=\"312\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-quotes-pictures-1-1.jpg?w=513&amp;ssl=1 513w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/depression-quotes-pictures-1-1.jpg?resize=300%2C182&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cauzele_depresiei\"><\/span><strong>Cauzele depresiei:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cauzele depresiei nu au putut fi determinate pe deplin si se considera ca de fapt exista un cumul de factori care duc la o afectiune precum depresia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>stresul excesiv, cronic<\/li>\n<li>alimentatia deficitara in elemente nutritive care duce la proasta hranire a sistemului nervos<\/li>\n<li>lipsa de activitate fizica<\/li>\n<li>insuficienta contactului cu natura<\/li>\n<li>educatia primita in copilarie<\/li>\n<li>devalorizarile la care ne impinge societatea<\/li>\n<li>utilizarea excesiva a retelelor sociale<\/li>\n<li>tulburari hormonale: menopauza, adolescenta, tiroida<\/li>\n<li>nasterea &#8211; depresie post-partum (dupa nastere) trecatoare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Asadar la instalarea unei afectiuni precum depresiea, contribuie atat anumiti<strong> factori biochimici<\/strong> la nivelul creierului cat si <strong>cauze psihologice<\/strong> (care tin de personalitate si propria rezistenta la stres) cat si <strong>cauze sociale<\/strong> (educatia primita, stresul cotidian, evenimente de viata negative, ostilitatea mediului etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Alti experti considera ca depresia este cauzata de un sistem complex de interactiune intre:<strong> <em>predispozitia genetica, comportament, copilarie, stima de sine, evenimente din viata, imaturitate emotionala, lipsa capacitatii de autoreglare sau autodepasire.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, primul episod depresiv se produce ca o reactie la un eveniment negativ din viata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La diagnosticul depresiei mai pot contribui niste factori care nu se cunoaste daca sunt cauze sau efecte ale depresiei:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la nivelul creierului, un lob frontal mai mic si hipocampusul micsorat<\/li>\n<li>disfunctia sau lipsa unor neurotransmitatori: serotonina, norepinefrina, dopamina<\/li>\n<li>tulburari in faza somnului REM (Rapid Eye Movement);
