Sau, din contra, alimentatia este cauza deficitelor, a carentelor si a bolilor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De-a lungul <strong>istoriei, omul<\/strong> a trecut prin diverse perioade, unele mai grele altele mai usoare, dar tot timpul s-a adaptat si organismul uman a fost capabil sa produca schimbari metabolice pentru a se acomoda cu noile conditii.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ISTORIA_ALIMENTATIEI_OMULUI\"><\/span><strong>ISTORIA ALIMENTATIEI OMULUI:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>La inceput am fost \u201eculegatori\u201d<\/strong>, alimentatia era bazata preponderent pe fructe, legume si seminte. A fost perioada in care se considera ca omul era cel mai longeviv si cel mai sanatos. Este perioada care coincide si cu scrierile din vechiul testament al Bibliei:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&#8222;<em>Iata, va dau toata iarba ce face samanta de pe toata fata pamantului si tot pomul ce are rod cu samanta in el. Acestea vor fi\u00a0<b class=\"red\">hrana<\/b>\u00a0voastra.<\/em>\u201d Cap. 1, vers. 29<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Acesta este motivul pentru care alimentatia vegana si raw-vegana sunt considerate foarte bune pentru alimentatia omului.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Apoi omul a inceput sa devina \u201eagricultor\u201d<\/strong>, sa cultive pamanturile si sa imblanzeasca animalele. A inceput sa consume lapte si lactate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Simultan omul a devenit si <strong>pescar<\/strong>, a inceput sa pescuiasca, si sa manance peste.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Apoi s-a descoperit focul si omul a inceput sa manance si carne de animale, devenind <strong>omnivor<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Apoi am ajuns in era industriala<\/strong> in care oamenii s-au mutat de la sate la oras, in care efortul fizic depus a scazut mult si alimentele au inceput sa fie mai sarace in nutrienti, datorita agriculturii fortate si industrializate. Aceasta este perioada in care si bolile au inceput sa creasca exponential.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Apoi <strong>industria chimica<\/strong> s-a dezvoltat tot mai mult, incercand sa ofere solutii pentru o agricultura mai eficienta, cu productii mai mari, cu alimente mai frumoas&#8230; toate, initial, in folosul omului. S-a reusit, insa reversul medaliei a aparut imediat, datorita toxicitatii acestor substante au aparut si s-au inmultit diverse <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>boli<\/strong><\/a>. (Afla mai multe despre cauza adevarat a bolilor citind <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>acest articol<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Suntem in <strong>era actuala<\/strong> in care ne aflam intr-un <strong>moment de cumpana.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_este_alimentatia_astazi\"><\/span><strong>Cum este alimentatia astazi?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Putem cosnidera ca astazi este o adevarat provocare sa mananci sanatos. Toate mesajele transmise de media incurajeaza o alimentatie nesanatoasa si toate alimentele contin intr-o proportie substante nocive,<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pe de o parte:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>am distrus natura, solul, plantele, ecosistemele in asa maniera incat suntem foarte aproape de a ne autodistruge ca specie<\/li>\r\n<li>folosirea substantelor chimice in agricultura si in industria alimentara este la un nivel fara precedent, ceea ce se traduce si in multiplele boli existente<\/li>\r\n<li>exista epidemii globale cancer, hipertensiune, diabet, boli autoimune, probleme de fertilitate, toate avand una dintre cauze alimentatia<\/li>\r\n<li>ne-am indepartat foarte mult de natura si natural<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pe de alta parte:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>exista numeroase persoane, organizatii si concepte care promoveaza o agricultura sustenabila, naturala si o industrie alimentara curata<\/li>\r\n<li>conceptele ecologice, bio si de agricultura organica primesc un tot mai mare elan devenind tot mai raspandite si apreciate (totusi inca sunt la un nivel foarte scazut, iar in unele parti vor fi nevoie de zeci si sute de ani pentru a se anihila efectele negative ale substantelor toxice existente acolo)<\/li>\r\n<li>cei interesati de o alimentatie sanatoasa si de un stil de viata sanatos sunt tot mai multi<\/li>\r\n<li>alimentatia preponderent vegetariana, naturala si echilibrata este tot mai intens promovata<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/istorciul-alimentatie.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"375\" height=\"217\" class=\"wp-image-2852 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/istorciul-alimentatie.jpg?resize=375%2C217\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/istorciul-alimentatie.jpg?w=375&amp;ssl=1 375w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/istorciul-alimentatie.jpg?resize=300%2C174&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 375px) 100vw, 375px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Asadar omul a evoluat si odata cu el si tubul lui digestiv, putand digera diverse alimente.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Exista numeroase pareri referitoare la ce ar trebui sa mancam si care se contrazic intre ele iar noi nu o sa intram in polemici. Din punct de vedere anatomic:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>avem dinti canini, dar nu sunt la fel de dezvoltati ca la animalele carnivore<\/li>\r\n<li>avem un tract digestiv, diferit si fata de carnivore si fata de ierbivore<\/li>\r\n<li>dar cu toate astea corpul nostru poate digera carnea si absorbi anumiti nutrienti din ea; desi efortul depus de organism este mare si digestia dureaza mult in comparatie cu alte alimente<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ce e cert este ca in ziua de azi:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>cu greu mai poti gasi un om pe deplin sanatos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>spitalele sunt pline de bonavi<\/strong> si aproape toti cunoscutii nostri au o suferinta<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>cancerul<\/strong> este o boala intalnita in cercul restrans de cunoscuti al oricarei persoane<\/li>\r\n<li>cu greu poti gasi <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cele-mai-sanatoase-fructe-si-legume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>alimente naturale pline de nutrienti valorosi<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>timpul s-a comprimat si nu mai avem timp pentru noi, timp pentru a gati si a ne bucura de o masa sanatoasa<\/li>\r\n<li>e nevoie sa fim foarte vigilenti atunci cand ne alegem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/alimente-integrale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>alimentele<\/strong><\/a>, cea mai mica scapare putand sa ne duca la ingerarea a nenumarate substante toxice<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Astfel e nevoie de o schimbare acum!<\/strong> Alimentatia, fiind combustibilul nostru, e clar ca ar fi bine sa facem niste schimbari majore in modul nostru de nutritie&#8230; <strong>toata lumea<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Exista niste <strong>concepte limitative<\/strong>, cel mai periculos inradacinat este cel prin care consideram ca <em><strong>bunastarea se traduce prin a avea carne pe masa<\/strong><\/em>! Astfel apar 2 tabere:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Cei care consuma multa\u00a0<strong>carne,<\/strong>\u00a0care au impresia ca nu pot trai fara ea si ca este <strong>esenta nutritiei<\/strong> lor.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cei care sunt <strong>vegani, <\/strong>care sunt foarte vehementi in a nu manca carne deoarece o considera toxica.<\/li>\r\n<li>Mai este si o a 3-a tabara, foarte mica procentual, care sunt indiferenti si care mananca rar carne si doar din conjunctura<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>S-a creat asltfel o divergenta fara sens intre aceste extreme iar divergentele nu sunt modul optim de trata lucrurile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/e-carnea-sanatoasa.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"648\" class=\"wp-image-2866\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/e-carnea-sanatoasa.jpg?resize=750%2C648\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/e-carnea-sanatoasa.jpg?w=750&amp;ssl=1 750w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/e-carnea-sanatoasa.jpg?resize=300%2C259&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"E_sanatos_sau_nu_sa_mancam_carne\"><\/span><strong>E sanatos sau nu sa mancam <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cu-ce-inlocuim-carnea-alternative-optime-de-proteine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"carne (se deschide \u00eentr-o fil\u0103 nou\u0103)\">carne<\/a>?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A manca produse din carne in fiecare zi si la fiecare masa este in mod clar nociv.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A consuma insa carne ocazional, poate odata pe saptamana, la fel ca<a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/bunicii-si-strabunicii-nostri-erau-mai-sanatosi-afla-secretul-stramosesc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong> strabunicii nostri<\/strong><\/a>, nu este neaparat nociv. In acest caz sursa, calitatea si combinarea carnii sunt factorii care determina nocivitatea sau neutralitatea ei.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Inclusiv <strong>OMS<\/strong> (Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii), care este o autoritate cvasi-impartiala, declara ca un consum de carne rosie creste in mod semnificativ riscul de aparitie a cancerului si a bolilor cardiovasculare.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Asadar, daca chiar considerati ca nu puteti trai fara carne, puteti consuma ocazional o carne de calitate, de la un animal crescut in mod cat mai natural posibil, preparata usor si combinata corect (cu o salata mare si fara cartofi).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dar daca asemanati consumul de carne cu a fi\/deveni ca un leu sau ca un tigru (alt concept gresit), aflati ca puteti face comparatia doar daca mancati carnea cruda si doar daca consumati intai intestinele si organele interne ale animalului pradat, tot crude, la fel ca leii si tigrii&#8230; :)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sanatos-sau-bolnav-nutritie.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"840\" class=\"wp-image-2863\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sanatos-sau-bolnav-nutritie.jpg?resize=700%2C840\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sanatos-sau-bolnav-nutritie.jpg?w=700&amp;ssl=1 700w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sanatos-sau-bolnav-nutritie.jpg?resize=250%2C300&amp;ssl=1 250w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sanatos-sau-bolnav-nutritie.jpg?resize=300%2C360&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Baza alimentatiei omului o reprezinta <strong>fructe si legumele crude<\/strong>, alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/cereale-musli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cereale<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/pseudocerealele-bogatii-nutritive-fara-gluten-hrisca-quinoa-mei-sorg-si-amaranth\"><strong>pseudocereale<\/strong> <\/a>si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/alimente-de-baza\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>leguminoase<\/strong><\/a>. Acestea contin toti nutrientii de care corpul nostru are nevoie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lactatele si carnea sunt optionale, pot oferi anumiti nutrienti dar nu sunt esentiale pentru sanatate, iar consumate excesiv pot deveni daunatoare.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_fi_vegetarian_NU_inseamna_ca_mananci_sanatos_cum_a_manca_carne_NU_inseamna_ca_mananci_NEsanatos\"><\/span><em><strong>A fi vegetarian NU inseamna ca mananci <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sanatos<\/span>, cum a manca carne NU inseamna ca mananci <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NEsanatos<\/span>!<\/strong><\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Principalele greseli si probleme ale alimentatiei omului modern sunt de fapt altele:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>consumul de zahar<\/li>\r\n<li>consumul excesiv de carne provenita de la animale de crescatorie<\/li>\r\n<li>consumul excesiv de sucuri carbogazoase<\/li>\r\n<li>consumul excesiv de potentiatori de aroma (glutamati)<\/li>\r\n<li>consumul excesiv da mancare tip fast-food, plina de aditivi si \u201echimicale\u201d\u00e2<\/li>\r\n<li>consumul prea mic de fructe si legume proaspete<\/li>\r\n<li>combinarea incorecta a alimentelor<\/li>\r\n<li>iregularitatea meselor<\/li>\r\n<li>faptul ca principala masa a zilei este seara<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ShaneUnhealthyHabits.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"504\" height=\"366\" class=\"wp-image-2865\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ShaneUnhealthyHabits.jpg?resize=504%2C366\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ShaneUnhealthyHabits.jpg?w=504&amp;ssl=1 504w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ShaneUnhealthyHabits.jpg?resize=300%2C218&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si totusi <strong>ce sa mancam<\/strong> si cum sa mancam de fapt?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alimentatia_corecta\"><\/span><strong>Alimentatia corecta<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ce este corect ca mancam si cum este corect sa ne alimentam?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Iti oferim noi un <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>exemplu de meniu sanatos pe o saptamana<\/strong><\/a>, un meniu corect combinat, echilibrat si care iti va oferi toti nutrientii necesari!
