Ce alternative avem?<\/a><\/li><li class='ez-toc-page-1 ez-toc-heading-level-2'><a class=\"ez-toc-link ez-toc-heading-4\" href=\"#\" data-href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cat-de-sanatos-e-un-gratar\/#Alternative_sanatoase\" >Alternative s\u0103n\u0103toase<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n<p>Desi este mod placut de petrece timpul, de a prepara mancare si de a sarbatoriori anumite evenimente, prajirea la gratar se dovedeste a fi unul dintre cele mai nesanatoase obiceiuri.<\/p>\n<p>O zicala spune:<em><strong> \u201e<\/strong><strong>Carnea fripta la gratar se transforma in cosmar!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Desi multor persoane le place carnea la gratar si desi multa vreme s-a crezut ca este o varianta mai sanatoasa de gatire (probabil, pentru ca nu era o prajire cu grasimi adaugate), de fapt prajitul la gratar este o varianta foarte nesanatoasa si chiar nociva de gatire.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Riscurile_alimentelor_preparate_excesiv_la_gratar\"><\/span><strong>Riscurile alimentelor preparate excesiv la gr\u0103tar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Carnea preparata si legumele pregatite la gratar\u00a0sunt considerate de utlimele cercetari o sursa de substante cancerigene deoarece:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>carbunii de lemn produc fum bogat benzopirene, substante extreme de toxice pentru organism<\/li>\n<li>substantele toxice imbiba alimentele de pe gratar<\/li>\n<li>partea prajita, crusta aceea considerata delicioasa, este plina de substante toxice: acroleina, acrilamida, amine heterociclice (HCA),\u00a0hidrocarburi aromatice policiclice (PAH)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>si derviati<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dar ce sa faci cand vine primavara si odata cu ea dezlegarea la\u2026gratar? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Startul se da de 1 mai la iarba verde si traditionala iesire cu prietenii la o \u201eterapie cu aerosoli de mititei la gratar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru \u201e<strong>omul de serviciu la gratar<\/strong>\u201d, daca ar inhala tot fumul produs de prajitul unui kilogram de carne, ar echivala cu <strong>700 de tigari<\/strong>. Tigara are o substanta numita benspiren care este cangerigena 100%. Nu da cancer pe loc, dar il favorizeaza. Cel care intoarce micii si sta cateva ore, este ca si cum ar fi fumat cateva tigari bune! :(<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/fum-la-gratar.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2516\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/fum-la-gratar.jpg?resize=1000%2C550\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/fum-la-gratar.jpg?w=1000&amp;ssl=1 1000w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/fum-la-gratar.jpg?resize=300%2C165&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/fum-la-gratar.jpg?resize=768%2C422&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fumul toxic imbiba carnea si legumele facandu-le si pe ele toxice.<\/p>\n<p>Carbunele este mai pacatos pentru ca are gudron, benspiren, nitrozamine, chinone, benzen, hidrocarburi; toate sunt substante procancerigene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crusta de pe carne<\/strong> produsa in acest fel este toxica. Ciudat lucru am putea spune, devreme ce tocmai arsura si crusta sunt cele mai gustoase, bucatile crocante sunt cele care provoaca adevarate \u201edispute intre prieteni\u201d!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aminele heterociclice (HCA)<\/strong> se formeaza in mancaruri bogate in proteine cand acestea sunt preparate la o temperatura foarte ridicata, precum cea a gratarului din curte, spun specialistii in nutritie de la Societatea Americana de cercetare a cancerului (ACS).<\/p>\n<p>Cealalta substanta,\u00a0<strong>hidrocarbura aromatica policiclica (PAH)<\/strong>, se formeaza cand grasimea din carne se scurge si arde pe gratar, provocand fum, prin intermediul caruia compusii se pot depozita pe alimentul gatit.<\/p>\n<p>Carnea are proteine care se degradeaza si are grasimi (acizi grasi) care se transforma in substante cancerigene.<\/p>\n<p>Diverse studii de specialitate au descoperit legaturi intre acesti compusi carcinogeni si forme grave de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/antitumorale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cancer<\/strong><\/a>. Conform unor cercetari consumul regulat de carne bine facuta, indiferent de modalitatea de preparare, ar creste cu 60%\u00a0 posibilitatea aparitiei cancerului de pancreas.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit Institutului pentru cancer din Statele Unite, un regim cu un nivel mare de amine heterociclice este cauza unui risc ridicat de cancer la san, colon, ficat, piele, plaman si prostata, iar dietele cu multe hidrocarburi aromatice policiclice au fost relationate cu leucemie, infectii gastrointestinale si cancer pulmonar.<\/p>\n<p>Daca ar fi sa punem in ordine crescatoare nocivitatea carnii preparate la gratar, detasat castiga gratarul cu carbuni, urmat de cel pe gaz si cel de plita. Un gratar pe carbuni produce o cantitate mult mai mare de benzopirene decat unul pe gaz. Cu toate acestea inclusiv gratarul de plita sau aragaz produce substante toxice.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cel_mai_bun_gratar\"><\/span><strong>Cel mai bun gr\u0103tar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cea mai buna varianta de gratar<\/strong> este gratarul electric care practic emana o caldura care prepara alimentele <strong>mai mult ca la cuptor decat ca la gratar<\/strong>, crusta produsa fiind mai mica (sau deloc) si substantele toxice foarte putine. Ce alternative avem?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>In primul rand<\/strong> ar trebui sa constientizam faptul ca exista in jurul nostru <strong>numerosi <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/7-da-si-7-nu-pentru-o-sanatate-deplina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">factori<\/a><\/strong> asupra carora nu putem detine controlul. Poluarea este unul dintre factorii nocivi carora nu ne putem impotrivi.<\/p>\n<p>Ceea ce tine de noi si de controlul nostru este <strong>vointa<\/strong>. Asupra a ceea ce ducem la gura vom avea intotdeauna controlul. Nu degeaba avem o distanta rezonabila de la mana pana la gura, ca sa mai avem timp sa ne gandim ce si cat bagam in noi. Ca in orice domeniu si aici, moderatia este regina!<\/p>\n<p><strong>In al doilea rand<\/strong>, sa fii deschis sa incerci ceva nou, care iti face bine, este sanatos si gustos! De cele mai multe ori atunci cand ne hranim, mancam cu ochii! Ne place sa fie mult in farfurie chiar daca dupa o masa copioasa de 1 Mai ne bagam organele in greva generala! Asadar, o schimbare este intotdeauna binevenita!<\/p>\n<p><strong>In al treilea rand<\/strong> sa te iubesti atat de mult incat sa-ti pretuiesti sanatatea si sa faci tot posibilul sa o pastrezi cat mai mult!<\/p>\n<p>Un <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>stil de viata sanatos<\/strong><\/a>, o <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/meniul-tau-complet-cu-retete-de-post-pe-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>dieta echilibrata<\/strong><\/a> care sa contina zilnic fructe, nuci, seminte, alune, <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/sportul-tau-preferat-e-apasatul-pe-tastatura-dar-al-copilului-tau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sportul<\/strong> <\/a>si miscarea, evitarea totala a produselor si preparatelor cu potential cancerigen mare, hidratare corecta si suficienta, preferabil cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/apa-alcalina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>apa alcalina<\/strong><\/a>, o perspectiva optimista asupra vietii, sunt factori, demonstrati stiintific, care ne mentin sanatatea in echilibru pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Mancarea pe care o mancam reprezinta combustibilul nostru si ar fi bine sa o tratam ca atare. <strong>Mancam ca sa traim, nu invers!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faptul ca am transformat <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-pot-sa-mananc-sanatos-si-gustos-de-sarbatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sarbatorile<\/strong> <\/a>in mese copioase, in motive de festin culinar si abuzuri alimentare este o chestiune care tine strict de alegeri, dar apoi sa nu ne miram ca ne-am imbolnavit!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alternative_sanatoase\"><\/span><strong>Alternative s\u0103n\u0103toase<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Si ca sa nu dam doar cu piatra in gratare, iata si alternativele pe care le avem:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tot ce facem pe gratar putem face pe gratarul electric sau in cuptorul electric pe grilajul cuptorului avand o tava goala asezata la un nivel sub el.<\/p>\n<p>O alta varianta poate inlocui cu succes gratarul clasic este preparea produseleor in cuptorul cu ventilatie pentru prima parte a coacerii, iar spre final pentru putina culoare si rumenire, mutarea pe functia coacere de sus si jos concomitent.<\/p>\n<p>In acestfel dovlecii, feliile de vinete, cipercile, frigaruile, nu se mai ard si sunt mult mai sanatoase. Daca pui langa ele <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/mustar-bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mustar Dijon<\/strong><\/a> sau un sos cu hrean si o salata verde imbogatita cu boabe de naut, uiti si de carne.<\/p>\n<p>Stropite cu <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/apa-calduta-cu-lamaie-remediul-eficient-pentru-constipatie-si-kilogramele-in-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>zeama de lamaie<\/strong><\/a> imediat ce le-ai scos din cuptor, isi pastreaza culoarea naturala si savoarea!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Si nu uita de 1 Mai sa te bucuri de <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-inseamna-naturopatie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>natura<\/strong><\/a>. 1 Mai este o sarbatoare a primaverii care tocmai a inverzit si a inflorit, bucura-te de aceste peisaje minunate.
