vremuri, greutatea unei persoane era considerata semn de bunastare si sanatate, acum lucrurile stau tocmai pe dos. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu doar aspectul si parerea celor din jur sunt importante, ci in primul rand sanatatea ta. <em><strong>Cu cat ai mai multe kilograme in plus cu atat esti mai bolnav!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cat_de_grava_este_obezitatea\"><\/span><strong>C\u00e2t de grav\u0103 este obezitatea?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Nu te poti considera perfect sanatos daca ai multe kilograme in plus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Obezitatea<\/strong>, datorita impactului si frecventei, a ajuns sa fie catalogata ca <strong>boala<\/strong>, si s-a ajuns in lume chiar la o epidemie de obezitate!<\/p>\n<p>Una din bolile observate in masa, cu caracteristici grave si importanta acordata mica, ale vremurilor noastre este cresterea in greutate peste limitele considerate normale si acumularea de tesut gras, adica <strong>obezitatea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desi aparent cateva kilograme in plus nu ne afecteaza chiar asa de mult, de fapt grasimea excesiva <strong>infuenteaza<\/strong> o multitudine de<strong> functii ale organismului<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Atat la copii cat si la adulti, <strong>obezitatea influenteaza calitatea vietii<\/strong> si chiar <strong>speranta de viata<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Cu timpul, cu cat vei lua mai mult in greutate vei prezenta si alte acuze asa cum ar fi <strong>respiratie cu dificultate la efort<\/strong>, <strong>palpitatii<\/strong>, <strong>dureri ale articulatiilor<\/strong>, mai ales in articulatia soldului, a genunchilor si a gleznelor care iti vor afecta calitatea vietii.<\/p>\n<p>Statisticile arata ca <strong>mortalitatea in randul obezilor<\/strong> este mult mai ridicata decat la oamenii cu greutate normala.\u00a0 Astfel, la obezii care au surplus de 10% mortalitatea creste cu 22% in comparatie cu mortalitatea in randul normoponderalilor.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Riscurile_si_complicatiile_obezitatii\"><\/span><strong>Riscurile \u0219i complica\u021biile \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Riscul mai mare de deces in cazul obezitatii este in stransa legatura cu favorizarea aparitiei altor boli, cum ar\u00a0fi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/diabet-hiperglicemie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diabetul zaharat<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sistem-nervos-ochi-si-urechi\/periferisan-30cps-zdrovit-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">neuropatia diabetica<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/colesterol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arteroscleroza<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/hipertensiune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hipertensiunea arteriala<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/reumatism-si-dureri\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reumatismul degenerativ<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/varice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">varice<\/a>, insuficiente respiratorii<\/strong> si multe altele.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt aspect, de multe ori neglijat, legat de obezitate este faptul ca grasimea excesiva functioneaza ca un <strong>organ endocrin<\/strong>, secretand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/echilibru-hormonal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hormoni<\/a> si generand dereglari hormonale: disfunctii ale <strong>organelor sexuale<\/strong>, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/tiroida\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>tiroidei<\/strong><\/a>, ale <strong>pancreasului<\/strong>, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/suprarenale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>suprarenalelor<\/strong> <\/a>si a celorlalte glande endocrine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obezitatea este una dintre cauzele dereglarilor hormonale si ale infertilitatii!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CAUZELE_OBEZITATII\"><\/span><strong>CAUZELE OBEZITATII:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In majoritatea cazurilor, obezitatea are cauze alimentare. O <strong>alimentatie nepotrivita<\/strong>, combinata in mod incorect si in cantitate excesiva.<\/p>\n<p>Alegerile alimentare sunt datorate proastei informari iar abuzurile alimentare care duc la obezitate se realizeaza treptat prin depasirea consumului zilnic de alimente: azi cu o felie de paine, maine cu o portie de cartofi prajiti, cresti in greutate de la o luna la alta.<\/p>\n<p>Daca poate la inceput cresterea de tesut gras nu este atat de vizibila cantarul aratand maxim 1kg in plus, pe care te amagesti ca il vei da jos usor, apoi acest kilogram atrage\u00a0 dupa sine alte kilograme in plus. Daca la aceasta adaugam si sedentarismul, munca de birou, statul in masina si \u201erelaxarea\u201d in fata televizorului, atunci sansele de a creste in greutate se dubleaza.<\/p>\n<p>Mancatul pe baza nervoasa, pe fond de stres sau suparare, consumul de alimente procesate si aditivate, gustarile de patiserie, dulciurile, combinarea incorecta a alimentelor sunt factori suplimentari declansatori ai obezitatii, care se instaleaza asa cum spuneam pe nesimtite.<\/p>\n<p>Multe persoane pun <strong>obezitatea<\/strong> pe fondul <strong>mostenirii genetice<\/strong>. Adevarul este ca mostenim in special <strong>obiceiurile alimentare<\/strong> si cele legate de stil de viata. <strong>Genele<\/strong> sunt niste \u201e<strong>seminte<\/strong>\u201d care \u201ese <strong>dezvolta<\/strong>\u201d doar daca ajung pe un \u201e<strong>pamant<\/strong>\u201d fertil! Altfel ele raman inactive mult si bine. Romania ocupa locul al treilea in Europa in ceea ce priveste obezitatea infantila. La nivel mondial, un studiu al Organizatiei Mondiale a Sanatatii arata ca din 1990 pana in 2014 numarul copiilor supraponderali a crescut cu 10 milioane, ajungand de la 31 la 41 de milioane de cazuri.<\/p>\n<p>In ultimii ani, au aparut statistici alarmante cu privire la instalarea obezitatii ca si factor comun al copiilor cu varste intre 5-15 ani. Cercetatorii au concluzionat ca factorii declansatori la aceasta categorie de varsta, tin de un stil de viata comun celor afectati de obezitate.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Printre_acesti_factori_declansatori_ai_obezitatii_la_copii_se_numara\"><\/span>Printre acesti <strong>factori declansatori ai obezitatii la copii se numara<\/strong>:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>izolarea in fata calculatorului, televizorului, tabletei sau telefonului,<\/li>\n<li>consumul mare de alimente cu continut ridicat de zahar,<\/li>\n<li>consumul exagerat de hrana fast-food,<\/li>\n<li>consumul de bauturi carbo gazoase,<\/li>\n<li>lipsa unui comportament alimentar regulat,<\/li>\n<li>lipsa <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/sportul-tau-preferat-e-apasatul-pe-tastatura-dar-al-copilului-tau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sportului<\/strong> <\/a>din conduita zilnica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La copii sub 5 ani un factor important in declasansarea obezitatii il constituie televizorul sau tableta.<\/p>\n<p>Prezent in aproape orice casa, televizorul favorizeaza <strong>alimentatia compulsiva<\/strong>: copiii mananca fara sa-si dea seama, pungi intregi de chipsuri sau de covrigei, in timp ce se uita la desene animate sau la emisiunea preferata. El este secretat numai in timpul somului nocturn. In consecinta, copiii care nu dorm suficient pot inregistra un deficit al acestui hormon de crestere si de slabire.<\/p>\n<p>Obiceiul de a <strong>recompesa copilul cu ceva dulce<\/strong>, intelegand prin dulce acele produse cu foarte mult zahar si coloranti, dezvolta un comportament alimentar nesanatos.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exemplul_parintilor_ca_factor_al_obezitatii\"><\/span><strong>Exemplul p\u0103rin\u021bilor ca factor al obezit\u0103\u021bii<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Exemplul parintilor<\/strong> este fundamental in alegerile alimentare ale copiilor. Pentru copil, dar si pentru restul familiei!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Cum sa slabesc sanatos? Cum sa slabesc fara sa mai ma ingras la loc? Cum sa slabeasca copilul meu?<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/slabirea.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2258 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/slabirea.jpg?resize=814%2C363\" alt=\"\" width=\"814\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/slabirea.jpg?w=814&amp;ssl=1 814w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/slabirea.jpg?resize=300%2C134&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/slabirea.jpg?resize=768%2C342&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 814px) 100vw, 814px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Primim aceste intrebari zi de zi iar raspunsul la ele este unul simplu dar, din experienta, greu de realizat: <strong>stil de viata sanatos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pare banal, dar un consum de alimente naturale, combinate in mod corect va duce la normalizarea greutatii in cel mai scurt timp.<\/p>\n<p>Problema consta in <strong>obiceiurile noastre<\/strong> care sunt in mare lor majoritate nocive si care vor trebui schimbate total. Altfel se instaleaza <strong>efectul YO-YO<\/strong>, la fel ca si in cazul oricarei cure de slabire: slabesc 5kg, ma ingras 10kg inapoi.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ca_sa_slabesti_natural_si_rapid\"><\/span><strong>Ca sa slabesti natural si rapid<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Iata cateva sfaturi scurte si concise despre obiceiuri care duc la o cum sa sanatoasa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consuma la fiecare masa o salata de cruditati<\/li>\n<li>consuma zilnic o masa exclusiv din fructe (preferabil dimineata)<\/li>\n<li>nu manca nimic gata preparat sau semipreparat<\/li>\n<li>nu cumpara si manca nimic care contine e-uri, adausuri sau substante care nu le intelegi<\/li>\n<li>elimina din alimentatie: margarina, zaharul, uleiul de floarea soarelui, sarea iodata, faina alba, produsele care contin monoglutamat.<\/li>\n<li>consuma alimentele cat mai putin procesate, in starea lor cat mai naturala, fierta sau gatite la cuptor<\/li>\n<li>consuma moderat paine si paste din faina integrala<\/li>\n<li>nu combina carne cu cartofi si nici alte proteine cu amidonoase (carnea o poti combina cu o salata; in loc de cartofi foloseste ca garnitura: varza, broccoli, quinoa, etc)<\/li>\n<li>mesteca alimentele indelung<\/li>\n<li>mananca portii prestabilite<\/li>\n<li>respecta un orar fix al meselor<\/li>\n<li>bea o cantitate suficienta de apa<\/li>\n<li>fa in mod regulat activitate fizica<\/li>\n<li>primeste si ofera iubire<\/li>\n<li>gandeste pozitiv<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In plus si optional mai poti: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sa renunti o perioada la gluten<\/li>\n<li>sa mananci o perioada doar alimente crude (fructe si legume)<\/li>\n<li>sa consumi o perioada doar sucuri &#8211; doar sub indrumarea unui specialist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_altceva_poti_face_pentru_a_evita_obezitatea_si_consecintele_grave_pe_termen_lung\"><\/span><strong>Ce altceva poti face pentru a evita obezitatea \u0219i consecintele grave pe termen lung? <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sfaturi anti-obeziate pentru tine si pentru copilul tau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Incurajeaza practicarea unei<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>activitati fizice<\/strong>, cum ar fi mersul pe jos, dansul, tenisul de masa, ciclismul, sau orice activitate care implica miscarea. Pentru a da un exemplu, ai putea merge in fiecare sambata dimineata cu toata familia la inot sau in parc cu bicicletele!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evita<\/strong>\u00a0cantina pe cat posibil. Adesea aici se servesc mancaruri prea grase sau inadecvate. Daca copilul ramane la after school incearca sa ii pui de acasa pranzul sau un pachetel cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/gustari-sanatoase\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>gutare sanatoasa<\/strong><\/a> si <strong>fructe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inlocuieste<\/strong>:\u00a0dulciurile si aluaturile de la gustare cu un fruct: o banana, o portocala sau un mar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Da-i sa bea apa<\/strong>:\u00a0atat cat cere organismul, dar numai apa! Bauturile racoritoare indulcite nu sunt recomandate, deoarece obisnuiesc copilul cu gustul dulce, creaza dependenta si nu au nimic nutritiv pentru organism.<\/p>\n<p>Daca are <strong>pofta de suc<\/strong>, fa-i tu acasa unul <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-storcator-de-fructe-sa-aleg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>proaspat din fructe<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Da-i sa manance:<\/strong>\u00a0la ore fixe si evita rontaielile intre mese.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">In ceea ce priveste <strong>modificarea comportamentului alimentar<\/strong> este recomandat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\"> sa ai un program fix al meselor, servirea unei singure portii la masa, parasirea mesei dupa ce ai terminat de mancat, efectuarea cumparaturilor cand esti satul, evitarea alimentelor interzise, evitarea alcoolului etc.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Creierul este \u201ein urma\u201d stomacului cu cel putin 5 minute.<\/strong> Astfel ca atunci cand simti ca esti satul(a), erai satul(a) in urma cu 5-10minute. Tot ceea ce ai mancat in aceasta perioada este de fapt in plus.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea este important sa-ti fixezi dinainte portia, sa <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/stomacul-nu-are-dinti-rolul-masticatiei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mesteci bine alimentele<\/strong><\/a> pana devin o pasta si se imbiba bine cu saliva, apoi sa te ridici de la masa dupa 15-20 de minute de mancat.
