Orice ai face, oricum le-ai taia, soldatei, smiley face-uri, bastonase, tot in farfurie raman&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Avand in vederea necesitatea consumului de fructe, in special in sezonul rece, gustarea de fructe devine o corvoada pentru unii dintre noi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De ce oare sunt copii care refuza fructele?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In general copiii urmeaza exemplul parintilor! Daca parintii consuma fructe in mod regulat in general copii nu vor avea nici o problema in a le consuma. Daca parintii nu consuma fructe, nici copiii nu o vor face&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Deci de cele mai multe ori pentru a determina un copil sa manance un aliment va fi nevoie sa ne vada pe noi, parintii, ca il consumam&#8230; de mai multe ori, nu doar odata sau doar atunci! :)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Aportul de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vitamine-si-minerale-naturale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vitamine si minerale<\/strong><\/a>, pe care organismul il are din consumul de fructe, nu trebuie si nu poate fi inlocuit cu alte surse mai putin naturale.<\/p>\n<p>Chiar si in perioada iernii, exista fructe din productia autohtona, in piata, la producatorii locali.<\/p>\n<p>Merele, perele, gutuile sunt surse excelente de minerale si vitamine. Nu degeaba se spune: \u201e<strong><em>un mar pe zi, te scapa de doftorii\u201d<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merele sunt unele din cele mai apreciate si consumate fructe din lume. Numarul imens de beneficii este dat de continutul bogat de vitamine, minerale, fibre si diferiti compusi organici necesari pentru <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/7-da-si-7-nu-pentru-o-sanatate-deplina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>functionarea organismului nostru<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Printre vitaminele continute de mere se numara <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/vitamina-c-naturala\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vitamina C<\/strong><\/a>, care este un antioxidant foarte puternic cu <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/alimentatia-cu-efect-antiinflamator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>proprietati antiiflamatorii<\/strong><\/a> si care ajuta la mentinerea unui sistem imunitar puternic, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse\/osteoporoza\/vitamina-k2-naturala-100g-60cps-zenyth-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>vitamina K<\/strong><\/a>, o vitamina solubila, care ajuta la coagularea sangelui si la intarirea oaselor si complexul de vitamine B, ca de exemplu tiamina si riboflavina, care fac parte din diferite reactii biochimice importante, carentele de vitaminele B fiind deosebit de daunatoare pentru organism.<\/p>\n<p>Merele mai contin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/minerale-naturale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>minerale<\/strong><\/a> precum potasiu, calciu si fosfor, acestea fiind indispensabile proceselor biochimice si fiziologice ale organismului.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/beneficiile-consumului-de-mere.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2148\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/beneficiile-consumului-de-mere.jpg?resize=800%2C532\" alt=\"beneficiile consumului de mere\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/beneficiile-consumului-de-mere.jpg?w=800&amp;ssl=1 800w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/beneficiile-consumului-de-mere.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/beneficiile-consumului-de-mere.jpg?resize=768%2C511&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/tarate-fibre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fibrele<\/strong><\/a> pe care le gasim in mere impiedica absorbtia colesterolului rau si favorizeaza <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/sanatatea-porneste-din-intestine-echilibrul-florei-intestinale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tranzitul intestinal<\/strong><\/a>, iar <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/pectina-curata-colesterolul-legitatea-336\"><strong>pectina<\/strong><\/a>, o fibra solubila, are un rol benefic in lupta cu diferite afectiuni si dezechilibre, regland nivelul \u201ezaharului\u201d in sange, prevenind ateroscleroza si ajutand la scaderea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/colesterol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>colesterolului rau<\/strong><\/a> si a presiunii sangelui.<\/p>\n<p>Merele sunt si o sursa bogata de polifenoli, niste compusi chimici cu rol de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/antioxidanti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>antioxidanti<\/strong><\/a>, ca de exemplu quercitina, acidul clorogenic si catechina, care sunt legate de reducerea riscului de boli cronice, a unor tipuri de <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/tu-cum-iti-pastrezi-echilibrul\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cancer<\/strong><\/a>, a stresului oxidativ si a multor alte boli si afectiuni. Acesti antioxidanti se gasesc atat in pulpa merelor, cat si in coaja lor, pe care nu trebuie sa evitam sa o consumam (daca suntem siguri de provenienta merelor).<\/p>\n<p>Merele sunt si niste fructe foarte versatile, ele putandu-se <strong>combina<\/strong> corect din punct de vedere nutritional <strong>si cu fructele si cu legumele<\/strong>, astfel poti \u201egati\u201d si salate de fructe si salate de legume cu mere, sau poti folosi merele atat in sucuri de fructe cat si in sucuri de legume (mai ales pentru gust)<\/p>\n<p>In general daca copilul inca refuza sa consume fructe ca atare, recomandam consumul lor sub forma de fresh-uri sau smoothie-uri in combinatii cat mai diverse.<\/p>\n<p>O alta varianta mult mai indragita de copii este <em>milkshake-ul<\/em>. Daca la fructele de padure adaugi o mana de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/nuci-si-alune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>nuci<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/migdale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>migdale<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/alune-de-padure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>alune de padure<\/strong><\/a> sau mixt de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>seminte<\/strong><\/a> macinate oferi in acest fel o portie completa de nutrienti necesari bunei functionari a organismului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pentru aceasta reteta ai nevoie de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/lapte-vegetal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>lapte vegetal<\/strong><\/a> de migdale sau soia (ca sa dai o aroma deosebita poti opta pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse\/lapte-vegetal\/lapte-vegetal-de-orez-cu-vanilie-1l-eco-bio-the-bridge-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>varianta cu vanilie<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>fructe de padure \/ afine congelate sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/fructe-liofilizate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>liofilizate<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>banana<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/seminte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>seminte<\/strong><\/a> macinate bine in rasnita<\/li>\n<li>o lingurita de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/miere-poliflora\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>miere de albine<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(optional pentru \u201emofturosi\u201d :) )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Incalzeste bine laptele si adauga putin din cantitate peste fructele congelate (se mixeaza mai bine in acest fel). Blenduieste fructele cu semintele, banana si mierea.
