Cei care au curajul sa dea piept cu realitatea, constata o investitie serioasa :) in greutatea corporala, investitie care necesita mult efort pentru a scapa de kilogramele in plus.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Un fenomen nou, in ultimii ani, indica un adevarat bum in randul abonamentelor la salile de sport si la bazinele de inot in luna ianuarie, respectiv dupa sarbatorile de Paste. Specialistii leaga acest fenomen de <strong>sentimentul de vinovatie<\/strong> pe care il avem dupa sarbatori, cand am reusit sa mancam <em>cat in tot anul la un loc<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De cele mai multe ori, bunastarea la romani este tradusa in mod gresit prin <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-pot-sa-mananc-sanatos-si-gustos-de-sarbatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mese imbelsugate<\/strong><\/a> cu multa carne, in special in perioada sarbatorilor de iarna, pomana porcului asortata cu caltabos, slanina si carnati de casa.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stilul_alimentar_si_incidenta_bolilor_grave\"><\/span><strong>Stilul alimentar si incidenta bolilor grave<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Traditia la romani, in special in zona de vest, sud-vest si nord-vest a tarii, a dus la o incindenta mare a cancerului de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/colon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>colon<\/strong><\/a> in randul populatiei din Banat. Nu doar cancerul de colon este des intalnit in zona noastra, ci si bolile cardiovasculare legate de consumul mare de carne rosie grasa, colesterul in valori foarte ridicate cat si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse-pt-slabit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>obezitatea<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Prin comparatie, in zonele din nord-est si estul tarii, statisticile arata ca aceste afectiuni sunt mult mai rar intalnite in randul populatiei adulte.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sarbatori-mancare-nesanatoasa.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"924\" height=\"616\" class=\"wp-image-1897\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sarbatori-mancare-nesanatoasa.jpg?resize=924%2C616\" alt=\"sarbatori mancare nesanatoasa\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sarbatori-mancare-nesanatoasa.jpg?w=924&amp;ssl=1 924w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sarbatori-mancare-nesanatoasa.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/sarbatori-mancare-nesanatoasa.jpg?resize=768%2C512&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 924px) 100vw, 924px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sa nu uitam ca sarbatorile sunt despre <strong>bucuria sufletului<\/strong> nu despre placerea papilelor gustative si umplerea pana la refuz a stomacului.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Uitam de fiecare date senzatiile neplacute pe care ni le da o indigestie sau o supraalimentatie si tinem minte doar gustul alimentelor!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Corpul insa nu uita si ne \u201erecompenseaza\u201d cu o <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/de-ce-ne-imbonavim-si-cum-ne-vindecam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>boala<\/strong> <\/a>atunci cand ne asteptam mai putin.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In acest articol, ne-am propus sa aducem in atentie cateva practici sanatoase dar si alimente bune de consumat dupa o perioada de mancat haotic. Alimentele care au proprietati benefice pentru organismul nostru in cazul in care vrem sa scapam de kilogramele in plus si sa revenim la un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/o-viata-in-armonie-se-cladeste-cu-liniste-si-veselie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>stil de viata sanatos<\/strong><\/a>, sunt cele bogate in vitamine si minerale consumate ca atare, in stare cruda sau foarte putin preparate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cum_detoxifici_organismul_dupa_festinul_de_sarbatori\"><\/span><strong>Cum detoxifici organismul dup\u0103 festinul de s\u0103rb\u0103tori<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><em><strong>Iata cateva idei de curatare a organismului dupa excesele de sarbatori:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Daca in ultima perioada ai mancat multe dulciuri si multa carne, un lucru pe care poti sa il faci este o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/detoxifiere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>cura de detoxifiere<\/strong><\/a> a organismului.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nu incepe prin a face cure bruste bazate doar pe sucuri pentru ca s-ar putea sa zaci in pat 2-3 zile.<\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Metode_de_detoxifiere_a_organismului\"><\/span><strong>Metode de detoxifiere a organismului<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Poti incepe prin metode simple si blande de detoxifiere :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>a incepe ziua cu o cana de <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/apa-calduta-cu-lamaie-remediul-eficient-pentru-constipatie-si-kilogramele-in-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>apa calduta cu zeama de lamaie<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>a bea 1-2 pahare de <a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/ce-storcator-de-fructe-sa-aleg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>suc proaspat<\/strong><\/a> de fructe, baute pana la ora 11:00, fara a consuma altceva<\/li>\r\n<li>evita pe parcursul zilei mancarurile grase si combinatiile incorecte<\/li>\r\n<li>nu consuma carne si lactate<\/li>\r\n<li>asigura-te ca ai 3 mese la intervale de 3-4 ore<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Abia dupa o spatamana<\/strong> de reacomodare poti incerca de exemplu<strong> cura de detoxificare de zece zile cu sucuri si<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/sucuri-din-superalimente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sucuri verzi<\/strong><\/a>, care te va ajuta sa slabesti, iti va amplifica nivelul energetic, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/cum-este-influentat-creierul-tau-de-mancarea-pe-care-o-mananci\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>iti va clarifica mintea<\/strong><\/a> si iti va imbunatati sanatatea.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sucurile preparate din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/superalimente\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>supernutrientii<\/strong> <\/a>din frunzele verzi si din fructe, sucurile verzi sunt pe cat de satioase, pe atat de sanatoase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Poti folosi de asemenea un supliment pe baza de fibre, din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/canepa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>seminte de canepa<\/strong><\/a>, care se poate folosi in cure de detoxifiere pentru a curata colonul de toxinele acumulate. Iti recomand sa incepi cu 1 zi, apoi cu 3 zile, apoi cu 7 zile si apoi cu 10 zile. Poti alterna cu fructe de padure congelate pe care le scoti de cu seara din congelator, la care adaugi o mana de nuci macinate, le treci apoi prin blender si obtii o pasta buna de pus dimineata pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/paine-wasa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>paine wasa<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De la <strong>masa de pranz<\/strong> nu ar trebui sa lipseasca salata de cruditati, cu cat mai colorata cu atat mai bine, la care adaugi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/ulei-masline-presat-la-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ulei de masline presat la rece<\/strong><\/a> si zeama de lamaie. Sunt indicate de asemenea supele de legume, supe cr\u00e8me, legume la cuptor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pentru <strong>cina<\/strong> poti incerca <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/avocado-verde-crud-in-miezul-iernii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>pasta de avocado<\/strong><\/a>, salata de vinete fara maioneza din ou, ciuperci, salata de conopida, la care poti asorta legume proaspete.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Nu uita de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/gustari-sanatoase\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>gustarile dintre mesele principale<\/strong><\/a> care te ajuta sa iti pastrezi energia pe tot parcursul zilei de lucru.
