alimenta\u021bia poate \u00eenclina balan\u021ba \u00een ambele direc\u021bii.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ce_inseamna_alimentatie_antiinflamatoare\"><\/span><strong>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 alimenta\u021bie antiinflamatoare?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>O alimenta\u021bie antiinflamatoare \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 alegi, \u00een majoritatea zilelor, alimente care <strong>reduc inflama\u021bia sistemic\u0103<\/strong>, sus\u021bin microbiomul, stabilizeaz\u0103 glicemia, echilibreaz\u0103 aportul de gr\u0103simi \u0219i scad stresul oxidativ.<\/p>\n<p>Inflama\u021bia cronic\u0103 este asociat\u0103 cu afec\u021biuni precum <strong>obezitatea, bolile de inim\u0103, diabetul de tip 2, artrita \u0219i chiar cancerul<\/strong>. De aceea, alimenta\u021bia antiinflamatoare este o strategie valoroas\u0103 pentru preven\u021bie \u0219i pentru sus\u021binerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii pe termen lung.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen via\u021ba real\u0103, auzim foarte rar recomand\u0103ri alimentare c\u00e2nd vine vorba de inflama\u021bii sau boli cronice. De cele mai multe ori, solu\u021bia pare s\u0103 fie exclusiv \u201eo pilul\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea se pierde prin alegeri zilnice \u0219i se rec\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 tot prin alegeri zilnice. <strong>Nicio surs\u0103 exterioar\u0103<\/strong> \u2013 nici medicul, nici farmacistul, nici o \u201epastil\u0103 magic\u0103\u201d \u2013 <strong>nu poate vindeca \u00een locul nostru<\/strong>.
