Foarte multe persoane nu gatesc quinoa pentru ca nu stiu cum ar putea fi asortata cu diferite feluri de mancare.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Quinoa<\/em> este o planta care face parte din familia cerealelor. Aceasta era un aliment de baza al vechilor incasi, care o numeau &#8222;<strong>cereala-mama<\/strong>&#8222;.<\/p>\n<p>In zilele noastre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/quinoa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>quinoa<\/strong> <\/a>este denumita o <a href=\"https:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/pseudocerealele-bogatii-nutritive-fara-gluten-hrisca-quinoa-mei-sorg-si-amaranth\"><strong>pseudocereala<\/strong><\/a>, datorita faptului ca nu contine gluten si are un continut redus de amidon, diferentiindu-se astfel de cerealele cu care suntem obisnuiti.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/produse\/quinoa\/quinoa-alba-500g-eco-bio-longevita-pret-oferta_.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>boabele de quinoa<\/strong><\/a> se gasesc o cantitate mare de proteine complete, respectiv toti aminoacizii esentiali. Proteinele din quinoa sunt mai usor de digerat si mai usor de asimilat decat cele din carne. Quinoa este o sursa extraordinara de calciu, mai usor de asimilat de organism decat calciul din lapte.<\/p>\n<p>Quinoa este un aliment complet care contine un raport echilibrat de aminoacizi (proteine) si carbohidrati, continand multi alti nutrienti. Astfel, quinoa poate fi un bun factor de protectie impotriva artritei, degradarii oaselor, malabsorbtiei calciului si a altor dereglari similare.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/quinoa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quinoa <\/a>poate sustine refacerea organismului si te poate ajuta sa scapi de anumite afectiuni!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boabele de quinoa incoltite, sau germenii de quinoa, au un potential nutritiv si terapeutic mult mai mare. Prin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/germinare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>germinare<\/strong> <\/a>continutul de vitamine, minerale si enzime se multiplica si astfel iti pot fi de un real ajutor in restabilirea sanatatii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Germenii de quinoa <\/strong>pot fi si mai utili, fiind recomandati impreuna cu alte<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/suplimente-nutritive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plante sau produse<\/a> <\/strong>pentru:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tulburarilor cauzate de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/ficat-si-cai-biliare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ficatul<\/strong><\/a> lenes,<\/li>\n<li>oboseala,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/minuneanaturii.ro\/blog\/alergia-la-ambrozia-de-ce-apare-si-cum-o-putem-trata-eficient\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>alergii<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/digestie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>balonare<\/strong><\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>indigestie cronica,<\/li>\n<li>puls slab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pentru germinare, quinoa are nevoie de cel mai putin timp dintre toate cerealele si pseudocerealele. Poti insa creste proprietatile nutritonale doar prin hidratarea bobitelor de quinoa.<\/p>\n<p>Tine bobitele de quinoa in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/apa-alcalina-perla-moldovei\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>apa curata<\/strong><\/a> doar 2-4 ore, pentru a-i spori valoarea nutritionala.<\/p>\n<p>Daca vei sa obtii germeni, continua procesul punand semintele umflate pe o farfurie cu un servetel imbibat in apa sau punele intr-un borcan si asigura-te ca sunt mereu umede prin clatire de 2-3 ori pe zi. Dupa 1-3 zile vei obtine germenii de quinoa. Gustul ei este unul placut, relativ neutru, astfel poti face atat preparate \u201edulci\u201d cat si \u201esarate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Quinoa este gustoasa si usor de digerat. Nu este lipicioasa la fel ca majoritatea cerealelor si are o aroma delicioasa proprie.<\/p>\n<p>Quinoa se prepara intr-un mod asemanator orezului, dar timpul de preparare se reduce aproape la jumatate. Quinoa fierbe in 15-20min. Cand e fiarta strecoara folosind un tifon sau un strecurator pentru ceai. Spala bine legumele si taie-le in cubulete.<\/p>\n<p>Intr-un castron pune toate legumele, adauga quinoa fiarta, frunzele de patrunjel si boabele de rodie. Condimenteaza cu sare, piper, pune un strop de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minuneanaturii.ro\/ulei-masline-presat-la-rece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ulei de masline<\/strong><\/a>, si zeama de lamaie dupa gust.
